Entire buying experience was great. Found a van we considered to be good value for money & had everything we'd identified as essential (8ft wide, twin axle, fixed beds etc).

Our salesman (Kirby) was very knowledgeable and answered every question we asked.

Collection day went very smoothly with everything we'd agreed on having been actioned.

Chris Newboult Sales was outstanding from start to handover. We only met at the point of handover but we did feel he genuinely looked after us as he said he would when we had our first conversation a few moths previously.

It's a shame about this company as the sales team and shop staff are friendly and helpful. The problems start after purchase as the workshop team don't seem to care enough or aren't very good.
Our van went in, part of the problem was the water pressure wasn't good and the bathroom tap was just a trickle. They adjusted the pressure switch and claimed to have tested and charged me £20. This is a job I could have done myself but I wanted the problem analysing.
We went straight to our rally group and on setting it up found the pump wouldn't switch off but the water pressure was OK. I've had to adjust the pressure switch until the pump stops running but the water goes back to a trickle again.
If they'd have tested this they would have known and possibly tried a different pressure switch to see if it is that at fault.
It is not the first time we have had to have repairs re-repaired, and it's a long way from Halifax to Nottingham.
Really fed up with the poor service.
The office staff are not at fault and are friendly.

"Never again, absolutely woeful service"

Whilst the initial conact with the sales team was a positive experience, and they were helpful and pleasant to deal with, once the vehicle was delivered the service and support for warranty issues has been absolutely appalling. Think British Leyland in the 1980's. The van was delivered with multiple faults, and the service department was unwilling to book it in for corrective work for over 3 months. When finally in for repair most of the issues were not resolved and one was made worse. The second inept attempt to repair the same problem (another 2 months down the line) has now damaged the base vehicle. Throughout the experience the communications have been poor, inconsistant and not especially accurate.
