Charged me late fees when the car had been returned and emails reminding them of this. Continued to take money from me despite car now being returned for 2 months and no longer in any contract.
The administration is chaotic and poor. The collection of the vehicle was shocking with conflicting advice. Luckily the car I returned was in mint condition but beware that any tiny mark or scuff on the car you will be charged.
ALD ignored 4 emails. I have sent several emails to customer service and accounts. They show a shocking contempt for customer and for their legal obligations as they are regulated by the The Financial Conduct Authority.

I requested an extra month to pay off excess miles due to unforeseen circumstances but was refused , the undue pressure they put on you is shameful. I do not recommend and would never use again.
