DO NOT lease a car from this company, at the end of my 4 year contract I got a huge bill for damage, wear and tear of the car is taken into consideration however if you have more than a few stone chips or damage where the seatbelt may have caught the door be prepared to pay over the odds for them to repair this.

"Hidden Costs"
Please beware of hidden back end costs with this company that are not in their Master Agreement.
Having worked in the car leasing industry for over 35 years, I took out a PCP deal with ALD due to cost. I had no issues until I went to return the vehicle. The company I work for provide a fair wear and tear guide with the MSA when you sign the contract and it also gives you a list of admin fee costs plus the fair wear and tear costs if you choose to return the vehicle with damage etc.
I returned my car, no damages and a full service history, I then received an email saying that the vehicle had not actually been serviced and as the deal was for 48 months, I would be charged 4 services at £160 per service as this would reduce the sales cost of the vehicle. So I dug out the invoices and emailed them to their customer services team. I then received an email back, confirming that the vehicle had actually been serviced and nothing else to be billed. I then received an invoice for £160.00 from them for a missed service during the covid period. Not happy!! I spoke to a guy, who obviously was just out a call centre advising me that a missed service reduces the cost for the vehicle at auction but I had a quote from the auction and believe you me, as the vehicle was 16k under mileage, they would be making a tidy profit!! When I queried about the under mileage, I was shut down.
Plus beware, you have RFL in your contract, which I did, they also charge you for this too!!
