"Very Disappointing"

Ordered a product. Six weeks later and it still had not arrived. Called and got an 'oops' with a promise it would be shipped soon. Two weeks later, called again and got that it would be sent out next week. Two weeks later, got a message that a label was prepared for shipping. A week later called and was informed that it still had not gone out the door. Very disappointing.

When someone actually answered the phone, 3 times I was told it would be sent to me. Finally the third time was a charm. It was a frustrating experience and also embarrassing handing kids their Christmas present in February.

Upon the last order, I specifically asked the possible ETA, which the person stated that one month could be reasonable; however, it has been almost two months since the order and the latest order has not yet been delivered.
