I've created a door twice on the easy to use solidor website. This is sadly as far as I've got as both equiries have resulted in no further communication than an automated response stating that I'll be contacted by a local supplier in due course.

Solidor did not actually fit the above at my property but were recommended by the fitter that they were the best on the market. And I couldn't be more pleased. I took a while to decide exactly what I wanted as there is so much to choose from. I love that you can go on their website and design your own door and believe me, it was a hard decision as there is so much choice from colours, design, traditional, cottage, contemporary to modern. The choice is yours. When I finally made up my mind the fitter put in the order and within a couple of weeks it was ready. And it looks FANTASTIC. From the worst entrance in my road to the BEST!!!! Thank you Solidor. Another happy customer :)))

Outstanding quality products with customer service and marketing support to match, to good to be true? In short, no. In my 19 years of industry experience you often find it's either one or the other. Middle of the road products would be met with some helpful customer support to aid you in selling products which were just "ok". Or you would have a high end product with poor and in many cases arrogant sales, admin and marketing teams. Self aware that the products they are supplying are top end whilst at the same time conscious that you will put up with the poor customer service as quite frankly you have nowhere else to go. Sounds familiar right?! Here's where Solidor are completely different, completely unique and completely outstanding. A ground breaking one of a kind composite door, with designs and furnishings to satisfy and appease the most arduous of customers. The marketing team are simply fantastic, in particular Lucy & Steve who are always contactable by phone, email or the ever helpful online chat function to aid with marketing ideas. The online door designer has become a priceless tool within our Surrey showroom where we invite customers to take a seat on our comfy sofas and sit back with a coffee as we design their dream door on the HD TV. Any queries are answered swiftly effectively by the staff at Solidor and the friendly sales staff are readily available to offer their assistance. Having worked alongside Solidor for in excess of 5 years we have developed a working relationship which has grown to feel like more of a partnership. How many of your suppliers make you feel the same?

"absolute rubbish stay away"

Contacted solidor,took them 3 weeks to respond asked to email door spec over.i was given email add of supplier sent over details never heard back again.Total wasre of time

In respone to your reply after getting a response from someone who asked me to email details of door i wanted, which i did, and then after that i had no correspondence.And still to this day no one has contacted me about the door. But the day i leave a negative review i get a phone call your company have not got a clue.Then you claim ive made it up.
