It has really met and gone beyond our expectations. You can feel the quality and we have had nothing but great compliments about how good it looks, a real showstopper!!

It has completely changed the look of the house for the better, the peacock blue is stunning and as I wanted something a bit different but still in keeping wit the traditional style so we opted for the Edinburgh door, it lets a lot more light into the hallway now and we even went for the blue on the internal side which was optional. Both me and my wife are over the moon with it, and have piece of mind how secure we know it is.

"Fantastic customer service"

We wanted a front door that would make a statement and our builder recommended the solidor which he ordered on our behalf. On arrival we were exceptionally pleased with the quality, design and colour of the door. It is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately our builder didn't discuss the different types of glass available for the door and had opted for a clear glass without advising us. I would have preferred something more obscure so contacted solidor customer services who responded promptly and gave me the different options in glass. They recommended a frosted glass and arranged for this to be delivered to our home. The frosted glass Looks amazing and provides us with much more privacy. We can't thank solidor enough for their excellent customer service. They were very friendly, helpful and courteous. We have received so many compliments about our door, it's stunning, very secure and definitely makes a statement.

"Excellent! We love our new front entrance"

As an architect I am extremely picky about the appearance of my own home. I wanted to create a more attractive front door entrance with 2 side panels - one fully obscure glazed and the other solid to match the door and I found Solidor! They have such a great range of designs, colours, glazing patterns, accessories etc. The entrance to my home now looks stunning and we are always being complimented on it! Great doors and great service, couldn't be happier 👍🏻

"As close as wood without the hassle"

We had a solidor installed in our previous house and think it was one of the best improvements we did. Originally we'd not considered having a composite door installed as thought they looked plastic and felt a bit cheap, being of a light foam construction. But on seeing a Solidor our opinion instantly changed. It felt like a door should do, well made, heavy and secure. As soon as it was installed the kerb appeal of the house was improved with many neighbours commenting and asking where we got it. When selling the property, the estate agent said that prospective buyers were also saying how they loved the door and it made a great first impression. Now in a new house, which currently has a white plastic door, we're again looking at getting a Solidor installed. We can't wait for the transformation.

This is the first door that we have ever had installed and are more than happy with it. It not only looks great but provides the feeling of security that I have never felt with any other type of door. It has been installed for a number of months now and still looks like new. Would recommend to anyone!

"Great doors!"

We had two new solidor doors! front and back, wow i wish i had them done years ago! They are great quality and make the house look so much better. We got a stable door for the back, which is great on a summer evening to have open without the risk of any unwelcome visitors coming in! They are great from the fact you can lock them inside without the need for a key, as in case of a fire i know my son can get out the door.

Super product. Very high quality, with excellent fittings. Obvious difference to UPVC back door that it replaced. Easy to fit, no issues.

Found it very hard to find a composite door company with the style and designs I was looking for. Their new range is amazing with beautiful door designs in a great selection of colours that are either impossible to find or you pay the earth for. We had the London door on deck egg and it really is the nicest composite type door I've ever seen. Quality is amazing and prices are reasonable for the product. Very happy indeed.

"Rubbsih contact and service"

We ordered a door through a merchant in 2014 Leicester and the door had to be replaced due to the fact it was peeling away and bubbling after 7 months approximately of being installed.

Then the same thing has occurred after 15 months the level of service encountered has been horrendous and shocking.

I would think twice before using this company ever again.

No contact or communication has occurred from Solidor when bringing this to their attention for over 3months.

"Great Quality doors"

I fitted it myself and it's the best door I've owned and fitted. Its a heavy door due to its strong construction. I looked for a good door for around 5-6months and even saw 8 or 9. hands down the best of the bunch. Massively impressed.
