"Saas Fee "

Taking into account the difficulty of the high mountain terrain, both the resort and inghams did their utmost to provide us with the smoothest and most environmentally friendly method of transfer to and from the resort. Saas Fee is a beautiful place and lived up to its name as the 'pearl of the alps ' Our Inghams rep Karen was kind and very helpful particularly after rearranging our flights to an alternative airport after Heathrow was shut for 24 hours due to a fire. Patrick and all the staff at the Park hotel were wonderful, and the food was great. Wonderful to see the chamois climbing the rocks from the gondola on the way up to the glacier. This resort is most suited to those that appreciate the most wonderful natural mountain environment.

"Proactive and customer focussed "

It’s when external events impact your holiday that the quality of the tour operator either shines or tarnishes. Inghams went above and beyond to proactively find a fast solution to the recent flight cancellations at LHR. The BA flight was replaced by a Titan airways charter flight at a slightly earlier departure time into LGW. We knew we had a reserved seat within hours of the news breaking on the substation fire which closed LHR. Meanwhile BA themselves took 10 hrs to respond and were only able to offer replacement flight 4.5hrs later than original schedule. Resort staff personally called to advise on day of news and checked up day of flight. Couldn’t have asked for better

"Superb ski trip to Corvara in the Dolomites."

We had an amazing ski trip to Corvara on the SellaRonda in Italy - made so by the best ‘blue skies’ week we have ever had and the excellent organisation, support and choice of hotel by Inghams.
The Sporthotel Panorama in Corvara is superb with extremely high quality food, easy access to slopes, great spa/pool facilities and lovely warm and friendly welcome from the Costamoling family and their team of excellent staff. Patricia Watt from Inghams in resort was particularly good, checking in with us regularly and very experienced and knowledgeable about the area.

"When Eurostar had problems Inghams smoothly sorted it."

From start to finish the administration was handled efficiently. The train transfers were a little rushed but all went well. Troubles with Eurostar (Eurostar problems not Inghams) were handled calmly and efficiently by Inghams and their handling of them went beyond what we could have hoped for. Resort and hotel were again above our expectations. A good holiday resulted.

Stayed in the Hotel Deux Domaines, La Plagne. Brilliant service from start to finish - the office team were really helpful, and the holiday was amazing. The hotel is fabulous, perfect location, and flights all went to plan. Can't wait to book again!
