Ski trip to Livigno. The resort rep was superb. The arrangements for travel, accommodation etc were all extremely well managed and the accommodation was excellent.

Hôtel Les Grangettes.
I have been here for the last 4 years. and many times over the last 25 years.
I am going to condense this down so its not to long.
STAFF EXCELLENT, this year great team of girls, all excellent, and helpful , polite and smiling.
TERRIBLE sausages. excellent Bacon.
BREAKFAST is a hit and miss affair, cold plates and eggs, rubbish compared to what it used to be.
EVENING MEAL, hit and miss. sometimes excellent, sometimes not. BAKEWELL TART like concrete, not offered an alternative, deserts mainly a let down. sometimes main course not enough to eat.
LOTS OF POTENTIAL, but only running at 60% a shame as they can cook, but little effort to make it really nice all the time.
SECURITY TERRIBLE, still have keys to the rooms, SKIROOM STILL USING SAME CODE NUMBER AS LAST YEAR, they obviously dont care about guests possessions.
IT NEEDS , hotel room card locks that you also use your door card for the boot and ski rooms, with CCTV.
they can then monitor and record who uses the ski and boot rooms by the door card record.
not rocket science in this day and age.
NO AFTERNOON TEA AND CAKE,
As I have been here many times before, I just feel that the girls in the hotel were doing a great job, but I get the feeling that the change was hindering them, not the same atmosphere as usual.
THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT, but guests at the breakfast buffet, were just ignorant, bordering rude. never like this before.
BREAKFAST was just disappointing, who want stone cold eggs, sausage like rubber,
THE TOASTER at breakfast, STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, burns one side nothing the other side still rubbish, terrible to use.
As the GRANGETTES is not run by Inghams anymore, its not Inghams fault,
THESE ARE ALL THE FAULTS that management never see as important, and never correct, it's all about the money and not for the guests comfort.
NOISY NOISY NOISY, the outside bar this year at bedtime was terrible, you always get some revellers, thats expected, but this year was terrible.
2 YEARS WITH THE SAME CODE NUMBERS, NO WONDER THERE ARE SO MANY THEFTS,
ps HALF THE TIME THE LOCKS DONT SELF LOCK, so the room remains unlocked.
AS STATED, NOT INGHAMS FAULT, THIS IS DOWN TO THE HOTEL NOW.

Excellent holiday in Selva Di Gardena with a large group of friends and family (21 in total).
Easy access to the sellaronde and fabulous skiing for our mixed ability group … something for everyone even the opportunity to watch the league final of the ice hockey one evening.
Our group was split over two hotels, which wasn’t ideal, but we still managed to get together for apres!
Both Hotel Mignon and Hotel Oswald were fantastic, with great accommodation, food, customer service and spas. Highly recommend either.

"Ski week Cervinia-Hotel Brueil"
Had a ski week in Italy staying at Hotel Breuil-Cervinia from 2/3/25 to 9/3/25 and have only good things to say about my stay and accommodation.
It is a small resort but with atmosphere and nice bars and restaurants . The hotel is very well situated for the chair lift and the ski area is vast so great for all levels of skiing ability.
The hotel may be a little dated but has everything you could want. It was warm and very clean with great hot fast flowing showers. The bar is cosy and comfortable but above all the staff are amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they always had a ready smile. Two of my party had dietary requirement which were no problem at all. Food was good and plentiful. I would be more than happy to stay there again.

"Update on Scruffy, noisy accommodation and wrong beds. "
Despite proving to Inghams, by getting them to replay recorded phone calls during the booking process, that I’d twice asked for 2 single beds in one room for my two 40 year old sons, they didn’t arrange for this, and did nothing to remedy the unacceptable situation. My sons had to share an Alpine twin bed which could not be separated into 2 single beds. Inghams failed to see this as being any sort of a problem. The accommodation was of a very low standard in the Foersterhaus annex to the Kramerwirt Hotel. The hotel itself was lovely though with excellent food. Our room carpets were dirty, the shower was pathetic and the rooms very small with nowhere other than the bed to sit down in the smaller room. Our rooms 611/612 were above a supermarket which was re-stocked every morning for an hour starting at 0545. The sound insulation in our part of the building was non existent so it was impossible not to be woken every morning by the sound of goods being unloaded and large food racks being wheeled into the shop. Avoid these rooms if you don’t like getting woken up early.
The reason that I booked the annex was because the main hotel family rooms only has bunk beds. I was assured by an Inghams rep, who had recently stayed in the annex, that one of our rooms would include single beds and that’s why booked this much lower standard accommodation. However, it was not cheap accommodation. I paid £1300 each for half board plus £420 extra single supplement. I’d expect to get what I’d been promised.
I’m adding to this post after receiving an unsatisfactory reply from Inghams. All they’ve done is apologised and said that they resolved the situation. This is not true. The situation was in no way resolved by Inghams management people. They showed zero compassion, incorrectly stated that they had not been asked to supply single beds ( request which was proven in recorded phone calls from travel agent to Inghams). Inghams took no part in remedying the bed situation. A simple apology is unacceptable. It’s not fun dealing with this company for sure!

"Sestriere Ski Holiday "
Great ski holiday to Sestriere Italy. Lovely small hotel in Barchetta 2 miles from Sestriere which was warm, welcoming with good food. The trips arranged to nearby resorts were good value and well chosen. The location of the hotel meant it was only a 4 minute walk to the slopes.

"Sitting in the hot tub, seeing the mountains and stars at night will stay with me "
The highlight of the holiday was the beautiful chalet Cairn - with mountain views and quiet but convenient location. Sitting in the hot tub in the evening seeing all the stars will stay with me for a long time.
With a small amount of increased maintenance this chalet would be pretty much perfect! A bit more storage would be great. But the curled up rug causing a trip hazard that was never addressed (just needed to be removed or taped down, not difficult! We asked daily! Hosts requested it, but maintenance declined to address it) was especially disappointing as the room was occupied by a young child with special needs and a 76 year old women, both at risk of falls for different reasons. We moved the child ourselves in the end. The same room also had a broken shelf at the bedside with protruding nails. Our group was probably more hungry than some and we kept running out of food, however the continental was especially small with not even a piece of butter each, or a slice of cheese per person?! Felt a bit like Oliver "Please may I have some more?"
