"Good site but poor purchasing experience"

Bought 10 tickets and 1000 balls at a shopping mall and went for the first time yesterday to South Bristol. Very good facility/staff and we had a good day but feel very shortchanged by IPG offer - what exactly did I get for my £69.99 as it worked our more expensive than every other site I have been to? Had to pay £10 in advance for 100 balls (gone in first game) and then only got 100 free balls on last game. The latter wasn’t explained at point of purchase. Could have spent ££££ on more balls (2 Kids with me) but limited spend as felt duped. Why didn’t the call centre offer a better deal on balls when I booked and paid for the first 100? A good day but unlikely to return as cheaper to forget the offer and buy a ticket with balls at another site. At least you then know how much you have paid and for what.

I brought two tickets one for my birthday and one for a freind as she couldnt afford it at the time. She was still not able to afford it a week later so i email IPG to return her tickets. They said i had to return both tickets according to thier policy. Fine... I drove to thier office in wimbledon and posted the letters myself on the 14th day it was due back. Two weeks later i had not received my refund. Now thier claiming they didnt get the tickets -_- like really. I posted it myself.

This dispute has been ongoing since March 2019.

Guys that have not received your money back when you adhere to thier policy...This review is not enough...Report them to trading standards. A quick google search will give you the number to your local trading standards office. I will never buy from them again.

I would never refer someone to this paintballing Simon the nice man give me ‘2000’ free paint balls. The ball bag forgot to tell me that I will never shoot these paintballs because they are none existent. They have that many T’s and C’s they will never please. Simon forgot to tell me that I have to spend more money over the phone to even take part in the activity that he has already sold me. This system is a joke they give you a cracking deal with out telling you that you will be ripped off at the end of it.

I really hope you read this review before buying from some scam artist outside a supermarket......

We bought some “tickets” for our sons birthday party for a total of £79. They also chucked in (out of the goodness of their heart) 2000 free paintballs.

When we called to book our date we were asked to pay another £85.
Turns out the original £79 we paid was for entry into the park only.
Please also do not be fooled by the free paintballs. You only get these in the last game of the day (at 4.30), by which point you’ve probably had to buy another £300 worth!

In the end we decided to forfeit our initial payment of £79, as it would still be cheaper to loose this and book a party elsewhere from scratch!

Our son was left really upset and I feel extremely stupid for falling for such a scam.
Do not fall for it yourselves!!!

Purchased my tickets at local high street and couldn’t fault it.
I have read mixed reviews afterwards but the guy I dealt with explained everything so I wasn’t surprised by any extra costs.
I had to pay £9.99 for the first 100 balls but I knew I was going to use way more than that from a party a few years back so it was not a problem.
The staff on the day were awesome and we will definitely be back!

We wanted to do something a little different and it certainly was.

First time I played and to be honest, I didnt think this would be as fun as it was!!!

Picked up tickets from Tuggernong Shopping Centre at Xmas and used them at Delta Force paintball.....

The pyramid map was sick! We taught the Buck a lesson! haha

Will be back, apparently we can use leftover tickets at a field near Campbelltown...

"A bit daunting bit daunting but overall a great experience."

I'd seen the "paintball guys" at train stations and in Tescos several times in the past but hadn't been interested previously. After playing paintball in Reading last year for a stag-do I decided to see what deals were going if I wanted to go again this year.
At first the encounter with the salesman was a little overwhelming - a lot of smooth talking, excited information and varying prices depending on where and when I played and with how many others etc - but I took the time to ask the questions I needed to get things clear and the guy was very helpful with explaining the best package for me. Called last weekend to book for May and the process was easy enough, I'm just had to pre-book the first 100 balls for each player (this seems to have been a sticking point for others on here based on some of the one star reviews but TBF this was explained by the guy in Tescos and is also written on the tickets so not too sure what the problem is really) and the girl on the phone was helpful. All booked in now and ready to go!

There seems to be a running theme regarding sales staff not explaining the terms of the booking.
The salesperson literally wouldn’t stop talking. He was desperate for the sale.
As it was being booked at the same venue I’d previously used I thought it was the same company.
I was also not mate aware that I had to book 100 paintballs per person upon booking.
I was also told that the 1,000 free paintballs could actually only be used on the last game.
I have booked paintball with a competitor at the same venue before who offered 1,000 free paintballs, which we duly received at the beginning of the day.
Clearly there is misleading sales tactics being taught from head office. I have tried to find the contact details for the directors and I am also going to get in touch with trading standards.
I would suggest that IPG contact me to discuss this

I met a stunning lady at a shopping centre and they convinced me to purchase 2 lots of tickets for my sons birthday party. All the information was explained although I have only used 10 of the 20 tickets and have left home to Ireland. I gave the tickets to my cousin who has used the rest of them my advice to everyone is to actually listen and read the terms before you purchase. Everything I agreed to in the tickets was delivered.
