I had to do my annual licence check. I sent the DVLA code by email as requested. It was in the evening. I was delighted to get confirmation email from Jordan in support the same evening. Great service. I've been using the club for many years with no problems. I have phoned a couple of times about the electric charging point (not their fault) and very pleased with response.

Car had a flat tire which delayed my booking and then had to keep phoning customer service to unlock the vehicle. Evidently very poor systems that could not cope with issues. No refund offered and asked for compensation and was told this was not possible. Would NOT recommend.
