Aucun intérêt pour les enfants de moins de 12 ans, vous seriez perdants.

Don’t buy, it’s a scam!!!!!
We were visiting New York and bought this Pass for 3 persons, 4 attractions. All the attractions we wanted to see and seemed available with the Pass was not possible to use the Pass fore anyways. We just lost 327 dollars. And when you try to contact Sightseeing Pass for refunding pr help you just get AI answers and no help….

1) We are in 8 people, so we spent a lot of money.
On internet "statue pf liberty" it's incluse in the pass, the truth it's different!
You can't go to the attarction!! If you write an email for ask information will came back an automatically email.
Scam scam scam!!
2)on web site it's write that Madame Tusseau doesn't need a reservation.
Another problem, yesterday we went and at the museum ask us the reservation.
For not talk about all problem to use the pass in other attraction.
I will go to the police if I won't have back 25 dollari spent for liberty statue.
In generale my advice it's to found something better

"Fatal"
Fatal. Compramos un pase de 4 días en Nueva York y solo funcionó 2. No podíamos reservar en atracciones donde se necesitaba hora previa.
La empresa reconoció el primer día su propio error y nos envió la entrada del Empire State por email. Sin embargo, en los días siguientes cuando fuimos al One World Center nuestro pase estaba en pausa y no pudimos entrar hasta 1 hora después, y lo mismo en The Ride, que ya no nos permitieron entrar, porque nos ponía el mensaje de pase "no disponible".
Contactamos con la empresa nuevamente, por email y por teléfono, con Jay Clemente que habla español. Enviamos los justificantes de todos los fallos de su sistema, del acceso no permitido en las atracciones y aún así nos dice que no nos devuelven absolutamente nada, porque el pase ya había sido activado y no tienen política de devolución.
El servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo.
Pagas por un servicio de 4 días, solo funciona 2, y les parece lo normal.
No recomiendo Sigthseeing Pass en absoluto.

"Pessimo"
Pessimo, sul mercato ci sono sicuramente pass migliori per New York, Servizio clienti scadente. Concerto Gospel cancellato per insolvenza... non pagano i tour da fine 2024. Traghetto + ingresso per Statua della Libertà ed Ellis Island non più incluso (benché sul sito sia ancora indicato): al call center continuavano a fornire scuse sul mancato invio biglietti fino al giorno prima della data di prenotazione rrichiesta, in cui mi hanno detto che non avrebbero fornito il servizio; In biglietteria mi hanno confermato che da mesi non hanno più la convenzione. Evitatelo!!

"In the past the pass was fantastic"
In the past the pass was fantastic. We used it in Usa and Europe a couple of times.
Last 2 times it wasn’t so great anymore. In London you can better buy loose tickets because its much cheaper! If you want to use the pass you have to call sometimes to a number in Usa when youre in Europe. The people there cant speak English!!!
I was shocked that we both paid 80 euro more. 😢

Deze pas in oktober 2024 gekocht voor citytrip 5 april 2025 NY.
Wat een ellende toen ik thuis alvast wat wilde reserveren. Het lukte van geen kant,het was niet availeble kreeg ik elke keer. 1 lukte de 911 memorial walk (zeer aan te raden dat wel!). Maar de Empire en de Statue of Liberty lukte ook niet. Bij aankomst in NY bij de Empire belde de dame achter de balie voor ons en het bleek dat ze de pass gedeactiveerd hadden???? Hoe dan? Op dat moment hebben ze het weer geactiveerd. Maar we moesten nog steeds bellen voor de Statue of Liberty, die konden we nog steeds niet reserveren. En tot 3x toe gebeld....bleek ook nog een fout nummer op de site te staan. En ja bij de 3e keer bellen lukte het niet meer voor de volgende dag na uitleg hield ze halsstarrig vol dar het niet meer kon!! En wij hadden een strak programma dus een andere mogelijkheid was er niet voor ons, dus zelf heen gegaan en deze zelf betaald uit eigen zak US 109! Wij hadden de 6 attracties flex pass, waar we maar van 3 attracties gebruik konden maken. We hoorden van andere Nederelanders dat zij de New York pass hadden en geen problemen ermee hadden. Ik denk sowieso dat je niet te vroeg een account moet aanmaken, want de pass is 3 maand geldig, zou het 2 weken voor vertrek doen.

"Poor customer service!"
I tried contacting this company through their site five times and not one reply. We had trouble with four sites accepting this pass and a couple we had to pay even though it was in our four day slotted time. The instructions were poor and cumbersome. After not receiving any answers, we called to get reimbursed for some of the sites and was told that once the pass was used, there are no credits. I have been to London numerous times and have used different reliable passes that were very good. This company does not come close. If The Sightseeing Pass responded to our inquiries, this would have been an enjoyable card to use.

"Sightseeing Pass: The Frustrations are real"
I purchased the Sightseeing Pass for a trip to London. Once the passes were purchased I began to experience lots of frustration with this company.
1. You can only book one excursion at a time. Each excursion must be booked at least one hour apart from each other.
2. Wait times for customer service are extensive.
3. Website and app do not align on what is truly available. App is pointless. You cannot book anything on it.
4. Several excursions had QR codes provided by Sightseeing company. When attempted to use, they were incorrect and not available for event at.
5. Many sites in London did not recognize company. They mentioned London Pass is credible and reliable. They had witnessed many people attempting to use the Sightseeing passes and having to pay at the event due to complications with tickets, etc.
Know before you purchase and consider alternatives.
