"IKON Pass Refund"

The people at Red Sky were very helpful. professional, prompt and courteous. They answered all of my questions promptly and processed my IKON refund quite quickly.

"Very disappointing"

This insurance company took over 3 months to complete a claim, and then didn’t cover what they said they covered. After multiple phone calls and emails I only received a portion of what I should have received. Very disappointing and definitely false advertising regarding coverage.

You guys were awesome to work with, even though we ended up having to cancel our trip. We will be traveling again in the very near future, and when we do, it will be through Red Sky!

This simply took way to long , 4 months , also very vague about what documents are needed which wasted time .

"Waste of money"

Waste of money. I purchased the insurance on our rental house in case something happened. On our drive down to North Carolina from Michigan I got a bad stomach bug and had to stop in Kentucky for the night. Had already paid for that night for the rental house in North Carolina. So now we're out the $200 for the night plus the cost of the hotel room. I then remembered that I paid for the travel insurance that claims to cover travel delays due to sickness. So I reached out and they are telling me I need a physicians statement. How am I supposed to get in to see a doctor at 8:30 at night? I wasn't going to try to find a hospital and waste their time for a stomach bug. I was in no condition to be in the car anymore but definitely didn't need to go to the ER. Apparently the hotel room charge wasn't enough proof that we were unable to make it to the house. I'm not sure why I wasted my money on this insurance as it is useless.

Red Sky specialist were excellent to communicate with: they described the process, assisted in defining the documents required, and insured I provided the correct information. Once all documents were provided and sent to management for review and approval it took 10 weeks to obtain approval and the insurance payment. An extremely slow process for a claim with all the correct documentation provided.

Red Sky was great to work with. I had to file a claim because weather interrupted our trip. Red Sky app was easy to use to submit your documents and they sent periodic updates on the status of your claim. I talked to one of the representatives and they were very polite and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with them.
