Well I had to give one star to start but I would have given no stars. Knee surgery last year cancelled my season but I had to send endless docs and forms for months to get a refund. Your competitor representing Epic approved and refunded within 2 weeks.

Asking for my bank account statement to prove I paid for my insurance when I sent you a document which clearly stated I personally paid for the insurance through the villa rental company was totally unnecessary. It was almost as if you purposely made me jump through hoops so I would give up and not collect. My bank statement did not show the exact dollar amount of the travel insurance as it was paid for in total with the rental of the villa in St Barths. The bank statement provided you with nothing!!!! EVEN THE VILLA RENTAL COMPANY COULD NOT BELIEVE YOUR NONSENSE RULES. I finally got the check sometime last week. My trip took place the 1st week of December.

Took 4 months for them to resolve my case I sent them everything that they had asked for and kept asking for more and more and was almost the same thing, I finally got my money back but I feel that they asked for too much I feel that’s why we purchase insurance because things happen and they made it even more stressful for us.

I felt the questions on the form the doctor had to fill out in order to get my refund, was unnecessarily detailed and and invasion of privacy. It bordered on the Dr having to break HIPAA privacy laws with all the information that was asked for. Other than that, once it was filled out and sent in, the process went smoothly, and I got the refund of my IKON left ticket pass.

"Unexpected Cancellation"
Trip was cancelled due to an unexpected illness. I was advised to contact Redsky for questions/help & without any problems they were quite helpful. Bertram with Redsky was one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with & answered all my questions with patience & concern. I felt at ease speaking with him & the times when I called he advised that my calling was no problem & made sure we solved my concerns. I was so upset that we had to cancel the trip, my claim was resolved & I’m very thankful I had someone as nice as Bertram & I really thank him for all his help.

Update. After leaving a bad review they refunded. We didn’t know because no one contacted us. We changed from a 1 star to a 3 star because we shouldn’t have had to go through 2 people and a bad review to get results.
Thank you though for the refund. It did clear the character of your company to us.

"Delayed Claims Payment - for 60 days."
The claims process was slow. After providing completed paperwork, and assured as such, additional documents were then requested on two occasions. The requests for additional documents “reset” the claims payment process, delaying the payment of my claim for two months. I gave 2 stars because my claim was paid, but I did have to call numerous times and follow-up.
