"Got there eventually !!"

1. Early contradiction between Penicuik and contractor (JobWorthDoing) as to who compensates apparent error in window measuring/manufacture, one passing the blame to the other. Customer caught in the middle, final compensation made by contractor (perhaps being billed to Penicuik internally?). 2. Seven out of twelve window/door installations had measurement / manufacture faults, five requiring part remanufacture. 3. Over six months for full installation (originally programmed for 3 days) - far too long!! 5. Poor customer communication - eg. no reply (after being requested) given to lack-of-progress email of 10-12-18.

On balance, would not recommend.

However, top notch A1 service from joiner Mike from Halkirk.

Had windows fitted in November 2018 and during a storm in the following March i noticed that one of the windows was leaking so phoned to see what they would do about it.... long story short... to date i have called them 8 times had 2 visits, first said he'd improved the drainage ???? the second just took pictures, I have since been in touch with trading standards and as advised by them i have sent a recorded letter enclosing pictures of the problem ..... 4 weeks later still no word from them... just wish i hadn't paid them in full at least then i might have some leverage.... very disappointing service ... still waiting and now we're in to July 2019
