"Extremely satisfied with my new windows"

I was apprehensive about having double glazing installed but I was over the moon with the windows. Thanks to Brian and Ally and their team everything went very well. The guys were polite, friendly, respectful and obviously knew what they were doing. I would recommend this company to anyone. Well done to all concerned!

"Poor refund policy"

The refund policy from this company is very poor. We ordered windows only to find that they could not supply so contract was cancelled. From the point where the contract was cancelled it took them over a month to refund my money.My advise is not to give this company an Admin fee and deposit (admin fee is not refundable if you cancel). I made several phone calls to customer services about this and each time was waiting in a Q for a minimum 10 minutes each time. I was lucky and got all my money refunded as they cancelled.
I have now had new widows fitted by another company no admin fees no deposit required.

The surveyor was very pleasant and helpful and the installers were very efficient installing 5 windows in 6 hours also leaving everything tidy. Thank you to A Wylie & his assistants for a job well done.

Excellent installation of windows and doors. The tradesmen completed work within the timescales arranged, with minimum mess and disruption.

My only suggestions would be that the sales people have an actual sample of window sills in the range of colours available. It would also have been helpful to view the door selection on an iPad or a brochure rather than a phone.
