T brown are liers and one big fat joke they came to put a part in my dad's boiler on Tuesday the guy that came said that other parts where needed which had to be ordered he then proceeded to turn the boiler off leaving my frail elderly father without hot water and heating my dad is not a well man and can not afford to be left like this I called T brown that day and insisted they get the boiler fixed and turned back on asap due to my father's health they called my dad and said they would be there Wednesday well my dad called me at 9pm on Wednesday to say they had not come I called them again at 9pm to be told the engineer was not answering his phone so there was nothing they could do so for a second freezing cold night he was left they promised it would be priority on Thursday well I called them at 3,pm to be told the job was booked for Friday now liers they don't know what honesty is they should repair the boiler within 24hrs for vulnerable people but they don't care

This company is one big joke. We got a leak right outside or door witch has been going on for about 3 weeks now. Come and looked at it said we can't fix it because we don't have the part ie plastic hot water pipe feeding or flat. Then after the 4th visit tells me it's on order but basically they did not give a crap about us because one minute they are doing the job then after a call to them on Monday 18/11/2024 it now turns out it's not their job this after 3 sodding weeks with two buckets outside or door. Now they are telling me I have to go back to peabody trust To get it sorted out. This company is absolutely diabolical you should be bloody ashamed of yourself T brown nothing but a joke of a company full stop. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

We waited in for the electric to come to put our fire in twice he never came , waited for over 4 years for them to put heating & hot water in, been told different things from 8 different people. Been told they can put the boiler under the stairs, in our airing cupboard, in the kitchen & now in our utility room.
What are we meant to do ? It’s freezing & going to get colder. But why would they care when they can go home to their lovely warm houses with hot water

"TBrown is unfit for purpose "
Wall thermostat broke Tuesday 5th Nov Engineer came out said needed Electrician from TBrown to fit a new one. An ill elderly person with dementia lives in the property. Booked to come Friday 8th....never turned up. No update from them informing us no one was coming. Said they had left message on answerphone but i havnt got one. Over 2 hours trying to get through on phone ...no one picked up. Said press 1 and position in queue would be held and would get a call back. NO CALL RECEIVED. They shut at 5pm when it is switched over to On Call out of hours. 52 mins it took for them to answer just to be told they couldn't give any info on day appointments. However they conveniently managed to call the Electricians Manager who said nothing he can do. Will have to be rescheduled to next week. Lied and said the Electrician had sent email to say couldn't attend appt after all.. Now left without heating since Tuesday until sometime next week.
Totally unreliable unhelpful unprofessional and untruthful company and employees. Company is not fit for purpose and their Contract with Housing Associations should be reassessed for renewal as they are not fulfilling their responsibilities /repairs. Why isn't the Owner of this Company being made accountable for how his company is being represented and run?

They can't do their jobs. Each time one of these useless "engineers" come here they complain they can't fix it, wrap it up, come do your role and be prepared, on about "ordering parts" and "I can't fix it" so blatantly useless and incompetent I genuinely hope this company goes bankrupt somehow, none of you can do anything. And you dont even show up half, if not all the time, lazy aswell.
Where do you find these employees?
What's their graduation?
Their qualifications?
Do you just grab random people off the streets and call them engineers?
Do what your paid to do.

"Fitted kitchen"
The old kitchen was measured and they also asked what I wanted in the kitchen. Tried keeping it similar to the old one but moving it around. They removed all the cupboards all the tiles and the flooring and put in new plug sockets. Moved all the water pipes and then fitted all the cupboards and the worktops. Simon did nearly all of it and very quick at doing it. Even getting the sink worktop in without cutting it. Also refitted all the washing machines and the cooker. All the cupboards are all in line and the breakfast bar is also there (for show) and all the walls painted. Brilliant job and cannot fault them with the output. The new kitchen is still square but everything is fitted exactly where I wanted it. It might not be what other people want but they did what I wanted and that is 100% good enough for me. Brilliant kitchen and well done on all the ones involved in it.

PCB is not a rare and unknown component - a simple search online shows that they regularly fail, so why wouldn't TBrown order and fit them with ease?
After ordering the wrong part (even I knew the right part number to order), the engineer informed me that I now have to wait for yet another appointment to have the right part fitted.
What a total waste of my time.
Update: After calling to make sure that the engineer would be returning with the correct part (and being told that he would), I have now been informed at 16.55pm that he will not be returning to complete the job as he must first speak to his manager about the part that he needs to get. When he has spoken to his manager and received approval, then he will get the part and give me a new appointment.
What???
A total shambles!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Update: Engineer just turned up at 17.44pm and said he doesn't know what the office is talking about because he never spoke to them. Apparently he tried to call them to update the system to say he was running late, but they didn't answer his call.
What a palava !!
