"ZERO stars! "
After being without hot water for 2days to find out there is actually no power at all to the boiler. To have T Brown coming out for 10 minutes to tell us that there is nothing that can be done and a part needs to be ordered….. in 6 days time! By the time we have anything fixed it will be 9 days with a boiler without power!
Surely a company with contracts with so many councils/housing associations would keep a stock of parts and have no need to order them in!
Customer service have a ‘there is nothing I can do’ attitude and are happy to tell you that too.
Poorly run company with zero (just like the amount of stars I’d like to award) care, compassion or empathy towards their clients!
A company I would NEVER use out of choice!

Appalling driving, I was cycling along Links Road , Ashtead, when one of there drivers drove straight towards me on the wrong side of the road. Why would anyone do that?

"T Brown should be ashamed!"
This company have left an 86 year old without heating or hot water for 8 days so far and have said they are still waiting on a part. My poor uncle has to be bathed everyday and has lots of serious health conditions and carers 4 times a day. When I rang to complain the lady was very very rude and unprofessional. Sounded like she couldn’t give a damn and I now feel she’s kept him waiting longer on purpose as I said if anything happens to him I will hold her responsible. Disgusting service to someone so vulnerable.

T Brown came to do annual safety check. The ‘engineer’ had no ID. Claimed to have just lost. Also his pass was out of date. No evidence this was a trained engineer at all !

On the 19/6/24 a member of t brown came to replace a radiator at my mother’s house while he was there my elderly mother had a fall she called the gentleman for help he ran to her picked her up sat her down put tissue on her cut elbow made sure she was ok and then used her phone to call us for help he stayed with her until someone came.
I think this gentleman was so very kind and went out of his way to help for which we are very greatfull

"No hot water or heating for 3 days now…"
No hot water or heating for 3 days now and they claim its not an emergency! After many calls they contacted me yesterday saying the part had arrived and booked an appointment in 5 days. They state an electrician will also attend. I asked for someone to temporarily fix until the paet was fitted. Engineer was scheduled to attend yesterday, waited all day until I gave up at 9pm. Called again this morning and they are full of excuses and try to fob you off. Had an issue with my boiler from last year, the issue returned and when the engineer attended said I needed a part. This was 3 weeks ago but turns out the part was never ordered. Have no confidence they will even show up to fit the part and if they do will it fix the problem! Extremely frustrating

"Brilliant Engineer Gintaras"
Hello, today Friday 24/05/24 an engineer called Gintaras arrived at 12.30pm, this was the 7th appointment to fix my boiler. I was told by the engineer that came a few days ago that the job would need 2 people and would take between 2-2.5 hours to do and other engineers had said the same so when I opened the front door to find only one person my heart sank and when I asked him where the other person was he said that he would start on the job and if need be he would call to get someone else to come. So I let him in and he started on the job but within about 30 minutes he said all done, I said how did you do that I was told the boiler would need to come off, something would need to be lowered from the above attic, pipes cut and so on hence 2 man job and he hasn't made by noise or made a mess which I was expecting but he said none of that was necessary and he had done it fairly straightforward. He then went on to show me the old valve and shook it to show me there was water in it which said it shouldn't be there only air, he checked the boiler was working, the heating and hot water, all was good. He was very polite, friendly, professional but most of all knew what he was doing. I think T Brown Group are very lucky to have such a good engineer and make sure they value him, he was in my eyes Brilliant. The fact it took 7 appointments to achieve this is wrong and it is only due to Gintaras's excellent work is the reason I am a Happy customer now and why I have given the 5 stars rating for him and his work.

"This company is so unprofessional and…"
This company is so unprofessional and unreliable. This is the 4th appointment made for my boiler which they did not turn up for. Engineer is calling me after 9.00pm saying he is just about 10 minutes away, so he wants to turn up at 9.30pm or later. My housing association Peabody jump from one contractor that were at least reliable to this complete useless company that are just the worst company I’ve come across and they don’t give damn that they are wasting your time.

Absolute joke of a firm,wait in all day for one of there guys to take a picture of the door downstairs and say he came,when I'm sitting here and not call at all on the intercom ask the guy in there office to get him back so I will personally go down and let him in,if he can't get in,total lies

"THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!"
THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! My boiler was broken and leaking for over a year, they only changed it once it completely stopped working but still took them over 3 weeks to do this leaving me with no hot water or heating with a young child. I got new radiators in some rooms they ripped up all the boxing around the pipes and 5 weeks, 5 appointments and 3 no shows later still not fixed. Customer service staff are polite but not helpful they just try to console and brush you off. No clear communication when engineers are running late or not going to attend. One of the engineers actually came to my property and told me he only get paid £18 for boxing and the job is not worth the £18 which is one of the most unprofessional conversations I’ve ever had!
