"Didn't knock or ring to avoid doing the work"
I needed to rearrange my annual gas safety check. I was given a slot of 1pm to 8pm. Then in the post on a Saturday I was then given a time of 7:30am to 1pm. With no chance now to get to speak with anyone and not the time they originally gave me I was forced to stay home all day and wait from 7:30am. There was no show and I phoned only to be told that I hadn't allowed access and the engineer had photographed my front door. Liars! There was no knock on the door or ring on my bell and no calling card was left as I would have heard it coming through the letter box. I was given another appointment and again the same thing, yet I was sitting quietly and listening out for the engineer. I phoned again and the woman I spoke to was very unpleasant and denying any wrong doing on their part even after I had by now found countless reviews of this happening to other people. A third arrangement was made and I told her that my front door would now be left open and that I was now filming through my open front door. An engineer showed up on the third attempt. This wasn't it though, as the next day I received a note threatening me with legal action for not allowing access. They are absolute liars and this is not the first time they have done this to me. Previously they were given the benefit of the doubt by me. If I could avoid this company I would, but they are forced on me by my local authority. Given the reviews showing that this not knocking or ringing has been going on for years why don't TBrown tell their workers to video themselves knocking doors and ringing bells as this should put a stop to the claims of no access from photographing a front door. The lack of motivation by TBrown to solve this problem rather suggests that my lazy local council get billed for multiple visits?

"Worse’s heating company ever in my life…"
Worse’s heating company ever in my life for the last year I have been. Calling out the T Brown group to come and fix my boiler. Every couple of months the pressure drops it stops working. At first I was told my 15 year old boiler was fine. Eventually engineers came out said it need a part. Wrong part was ordered then another part had to be ordered. Once this was fitted I was told my boiler would be fine and it would happen again this was in July. Now we are in October on the 23rd September I called my housing association OOH and logged my boiler had once again broken down. No one turned up and luckily my boiler reset it self. Two days ago I got a call saying that they had an outstanding job and they’re sorry they missed it and they would attend today. An engineer came out black African guy when I called to get his name told me they’re not allowed to give it. He stood in my face and I’m black too. And lied barefaced told me there is nothing wrong with my boiler no visible leaks. How every couple of months your boiler is supposed to loose pressure and stop working I said that is not true he told me it is. Told me to click the reset button for 5 seconds and your boiler will reset it self. I said that is not going to work he told me it will. He said I probably got a leak in a rad on a pipe or the wall and there’s a part that they can put into my boiler that will go through the system and block it up. When I called later this evening because now my boiler for the 50 millionth time has broken down again I was advised by the lovely smart June that this was all lies. We are not dealing with tyres and my boiler is faulty and everyone should be recommending a new one. On his report all he put was no visible leaks heating and hot water working fine. Now I will seek legal advise and take this matter to court it is freezing cold I have a 6 year old with no heating no hot water. You send this engineers to my home to lie and get paid to do the least and especially not their job. I have never been so disgusted with the level of service I have had coming from T Brown group. My 6 year old could do a better job. I hope your all proud of yourselfs because this will go as far as it possible can.

What a dishonest Gas safety
person..I waited in. Was home hours. From 1.00 waited. in fact my son did not even leave the house.
The gas safety person did not attend. I have a loud intercom and a dog that barks. No intercom went off, no dog barked. I was waited near to the hallway. No one called or phoned me. He simply saw it was raining and went home.
Dishonest and liar walk hand in hand. When i rang in. The receptionist did not seemed shocked or appauled. Crocked workers. If i had his name. I would not want him in my house. If he can lie. That means he can steal.

Recently I had great service from two engineers one named Callum and one named Darren, they are both well presented, polite, respectful of people's homes, get the job done at a high standard, and work at a good rate.
Also the people on the phone lines are always polite, and work very efficient.

"Rubbish company"
This company doesn't listen!!! We always missed the appointment because you never send us the appoinment!!! You still send it to the last tenant for the past 4 years despite us updating the contacts all the time!!! Your system is rubbish!!!

"No hot water again"
No hot water again. Called this so called company for a repair to my boiler to be told a part needed to be ordered and they would have said parts in two says. Date of the appointment came and I waited in. After the deadline I called to be told someone will be attending to repair. Then received a call only to be told that the part was not ordered but it would be ordered now and repair booked for today. Today i called this despicable company and was told appointment definitely booked for am.today. Then received a call and was told engineer was running late and would I be available for an afternoon call as if I have nothing else to do except waste my time and wait for another no show. Absolutely rubbish service

Vile disgusting company - if I could say zero stars I would.
Left my dying husband without heating and hot water over Xmas - I covered my dying husband with 4 duvets and our disabled son - who needs hot water for medical reasons - in 3 duvets!!!
I need a new boiler - but T Brown fail to show for appointments booked and then posted ‘back dated’ and false ‘no access’ cards - whilst we were in the house.
I have raised a stage one complaint but they are now saying they can’t hear the complaint because they need to squeeze more money out of Peabody first!!!
I took time off work at my expense to wait for the boiler survey - after all my husband is dead and I have lost his wage / so I can ill afford unpaid leave that amounts to nothing and no shows!!!
They are refusing to hear my complaint!!
No wonder they don’t have their complaints procedure online - complaints are filed in the bin it seems!
You should be ashamed / but you won’t be because you don’t give a dam!!
