I had to cancel a trip at the last minute and when I got onto customer service to do so Beca was really helpful. She got onto the hotel and cancelled my booking very promptly. I will definitely be using algotel again in the future.

Jag har bokat hotell i Malta men fick jag inte bekräftelse än o vet inte hur länge måste jag vänta 😕🥴🙄🤔 men andra resebolaget som booking.com eller Hotel.com får man bekräftelse i mailet på en gång när resan är betald .....👌👌💖💖 men hos Traveluro man kan inte skicka non meddelande för att begära bekräftelse och istället man måste ringa till USA🙄😕🤔 och då blir dirt 😕🥴
I have booked a hotel in Malta but I haven't received confirmation yet and I don't know how long I have to wait 😕🥴🙄🤔 but with other travel companies like booking.com or Hotel.com you get confirmation in the email right away when the trip is paid for .....👌👌💖💖 but with Traveluro you can't send a non message to request confirmation and instead you have to call the USA🙄😕🤔 and then it gets expensive 😕🥴

"Do not use this company!"

Do not use this company under any circumstances. You will find the website constantly changes and refuses the offers. If you then make the mistake of phoning, the process is incredibly complicated, using phone, email and website simultaneously. I'm sorry to say this, but the person's accent was so strong that I had to keep asking them to repeat what they were saying. And then when the confirmation came through the date was wrong. I have never made a mistake like this when booking online so either it was a problem with their system, or else by then I was so bamboozled that I made the slip. I instantly spotted it and said no, that's wrong - and they wouldn't cancel it. I have lost a lot of money here. If a company cannot accommodate human error spotted instantly (if it was my error and I am not convinced it was) then they should be avoided at all costs.

Wir hatten leider ohne Storno gebucht, trotzdem kam uns Traveluro entgegen und erstattete und das gesamte Geld problemlos. Wir buchen das nächste Mal gerne wieder bei Traveluro
