"AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE"

If there is a negative star, this is what they deserve. AVOID this brand like a PLAGUE. They sent us our order late with the wrong dress, totally messed up our daughter's school party. And we couldn't even wear the wrong address because the fabric is of such poor quality. And when I asked for refund, I got no reply from customer services on how to despite my numerous emails over 4 weeks. Until I stumbled upon the website on refund policy. By then it was too late as I missed the deadline. No reply from any one. I tried to call their UK number which doesn't even work. I tried to connect with their CEO on LinkedIn and she completely ignored me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Their glossy pictures of their clothigs have been photoshopped.

"Items didn’t ship for 2 and a half…"

Items didn’t ship for 2 and a half weeks and when they finally arrived, the jumper I bought laddered on my first wear. Can’t get in touch with the customer service team. Sent several emails with no response. Appalling!

"Flere måneders levering og svare ikke på henvendelser"

Bestilte to ordre hvoraf alle items var preordre og skulle sendes 3 uger efter jeg afgav bestillingen. Jeg hørte ingenting da de bør sende mine ordrer, og har i alt kontaktet dem 12 gange hvoraf jeg kun har modtaget ét svar efter flere ugers forsøg. SÅ frustrerende ikke at kunne komme i kontakt med en virksomhed som scammer dig.

"do NOT order from Peppermayo"

I strictly advise for nobody to order from them. I made an order about over a month ago and got my first order. I decided since it came in a timely manner I'd exchange it for a different size as I needed before the event I needed it for. However, it took weeks to get a response about my exchange being fulfilled, so I decided to reach out to them and cancel my order for a refund. They replied, and then a week went by, and my order ended up being shipped out anyway. I will now be having to pay $5 in the return label fee AND $13.50 to get it refunded. I would also like to mention I sent multiple emails, tried to call them but couldn't get through to a single customer service person as it just hangs up on you, commented, which was then deleted, and sent a DM. No paying customer should EVER have to go through such extremes, especially a PAYING customer. Not to mention, EVERY SINGLE email that is a reply from them is powered by AI.

"Item never arrived"

Item never arrived - Followed up and eventually got an explanation that Peppermayo cannot fulfil order and I can pick a replacement item or get a refund. I asked for a refund but now cannot get any response over email, phone or social media. I have been waiting weeks and none of my emails have been responded to at all. Their phone line goes directly to voicemail and I’ve left several voicemails that were never responded to. I’ve tried social media but it’s only AI responses. I have no way of contacting them for a refund

"Customer service is awful!!!"

Customer service is awful!!!! I submitted a return request almost 1 month ago, I’ve sent several follow up emails and messaged on instagram. I’ve had once response from them asking for further information, which I responded to within a couple of hours of receiving their response, and since then they have dropped off the face of the earth again. All I want to do is return some items!!! The worst returns process ever and customer service is crap and slow. Will never purchase from them again.

"Impossible to return or get in contact"

Made a mistake in ordering (wrong size). Tried to fix it, but they never got back to me and I missed the window. Received the wrong size and tried to start a return process. No response. Emailed in follow-up several times. No response. Just frustrated. Will not be using again and do not recommend other order.

"Missing item, no info"

I don’t really know what else I can do but I’ve emailed twice and I have received no response. I preordered this dress around the start of march and it stated I would received by the end of march, it is now the 22nd of April and I have received nothing. I haven’t even received a tracking number it just says order confirmed, I don’t even want a refund I just would like this item to arrive. It is meant to be for my birthday so i desperately need it to come or at least get some sort of response. The customer service is actually the worst I’ve ever come across, to just ignore a customer in need when they are owed a project is just absurd.

"Poor customer services, lies about delivery times. "

Spend £300+ on the clothes, still hasn’t arrived 1.5 weeks later after saying it would be delivered in 3 days. Contacted customer service, no response to 3 emails.
