I had issues with the Xidax PC I bought and when I sent it in it only took 2 days for my service provider Jorell Croft to figure out the issue. When I received an email he was very specific in what I should do to resolve the issue in the future and packaged my system so as not to cause any damage. Thanks Jorell!

This is a real review after having an issue with my prebuilt gpu RTX 4090 a bit after 2 years of purchase. The call to support i waited 2 30min calls (each ended after 30) I was disappointed but Joel reached out to me the next day. He was quick, considerate, and technical to pinpoint my issues. After the call I realized Xidax is really taking their team to assist customers so just wait a bit after calling like i did they will reachout. 10/10 would recommend and thanks Joel

This is my second computer from this company. The first one I bought 8 years ago and had no problems. The new one did, but it got fixed and the company was helpful. Jorell Croft did extra to make sure no other problems he saw could affect my computer down the road. Thanks.

Every time i contact Xidax their tech support is always on point. Always ready to help me with simple issues and on. Aspen has been a big help as well as Jesse and Joel. I highly recommend Xidax to anyone who needs a desktop or a laptop. Their after purchase support is top notch.

Have purchased 3 High end PCs from Xidax and referred multiple people their way throughout the last 5 years. The most recent one I purchased cost over $4,000.00 and showed up with issues from the start and an additional 2 days past the initial shipping date. I had to reseat the GPU multiple times to get the displays to work then my games such as Total War Warhammer 3 freeze up every 20 minutes or so for 10 seconds at a rip. When running other games such as Monster Hunter Wilds the game loads up then crashes typically 3 - 5 minutes into playing.
I reached out ago for technical support for the second time within the first 48 hours of having this PC and ended up waiting for sometime to get help after initially being told that technical support is unavailable on the weekends. After explaining my situation further and to the technician Aspen Y., they were kind enough to try to lend a hand for an hour even though it put them a few minutes past their shift. Aspen was very kind and tried to find a solution, however was unable to do so at the moment. They said that we will try again at a later date. unfortunately due to my work schedule I will most likely not be free to try to resolve this during their hours for another 2 weeks.
I currently have a PC that I can do very little with that I desire. Costed me a pretty penny and I am a returning customer who has brought them about 10 PC sales in total. I would rate Aspen Y. as a 5 star employee whom seemed to go above the companies permitted time for their techs. However I would rate Xidax currently as 1 star seeing as I could not get a solid solution after being a dedicated customer / advocate for them. I am not mad, I am just upset that the company I once thought was phenomenal has seemingly dropped the ball on this one. Good luck to whomever else purchases from them. I hope they get back to their roots of a 5 star company.

The company is really easy to get a desktop through and their people are very helpful as well. I had a couple of technical issues but when I reached out to them Aspen y. Helped me through all of it and now it's working like a charm :)
