Dear Mashreq bank, please improve your service. I have a Mashreq Online account. I am struggling to log in, contacted 3 times, spoke to three different staff, and each time I got different answers. Highly unhelpful bank. I don't live in UAE, I requested to unlock my account urgently, everytime they said the complaint has been raised, I have to wait, someone will contact me and visit me in person to assist me in unlocking my account. I made call to them on Wednesday. now today is Saturday, still no response. They don't understand the problem, fixated about their procedure. Now I am flying back to Australia, and I can't use my funds for my essential transfer. I really hate. Very substandard service by Mashreq. I requested them if I can visit any of their branches for assistance, they said I'll not be assisted by the staff due to I having an online account. Also, they send debit card to my nominated address, which was never received.
Dear Mashreq, if you are reading, I would urge you to assist me in unlocking mu account so I can use my own money. And not sure why you unlock my account. the biometric only has a problem with your app.

I asked many time the last representative to have a senior staff so I can e plain the impact on me due to locking my account, it was ignored, they don't have even courtesy to call the impacted customer to resolve the issue.

"Very bad treatment"
Very bad treatment. The amount due was 5,508.49 dirhams, and I paid the full amount through First Abu Dhabi Bank. Today, I was surprised to find 243 dirhams in interest. When I contacted them, they told me that there was an amount of 0.49 dirhams that had not been paid, and the excess amount was interest. They told me that the amount received was only 5,508 dirhams, even though I paid the full amount and added a transfer fee of 1.50 dirhams. It's really strange that for 0.49, they charge an additional 243 dirhams.

If you want to get scammed and be dealing with lying customer service, please open an account with them.
They opened an account, sent me a card, then for 3 months won't help me reset my login.
Then they charged me for having the account!

Very very bad services i strongly recommend nbd and others except mashreq. Services are really poor. It has been 2 weeks my account is still not working. Customer services are very poor.

Terrible terrible Bank, very bad customer service, every time i try to call to speak with a real person a robot will answer, and whenever im finally speaking with a real agent over the Chatbot , each time they tell me a different answer for my problem, i spoke with almost 5 people and ive been waiting 2 weeks to get an answer back yet still nothing, no follow ups , no helping , nothing!!!! I asked them to go to the branch they said its only online!! And no helping is coming online!!! Very Bad !

"Cheque settlement of credit card "
Made settlement of credit card today at 9:00 am. I was happy that the numbers where being served swiftly and smoothly, what I did not like about my experience is that when we requestwed for a copy cheque payment acknowledgement receipt Mr. Sohail refused and told me "no need, finish go" I just don't understand the reason why he us refusing to give me a copy even of the deposit slip. Btw the branch was not busy and I'm not asking for photocopy I just want to take a picture from my phone as proof the the cheque was already received.

The worst bank I have ever seen in my life. I could not even close my account. They charged me even for transactions that bank requested before closing an account.

I have a terrible experience with this platform, they really disappointed me. There support service is not but trash. I have been sending messages and not a single response from them, they are not recommendable. Glad i joined TON TRADING, they really made it easy for me. I recommend them.
