"Late return cover "

Took out latecreturn cover was advised by tui that the flight returning had changed it went into the next day went on the app to amend detail the price was 16.72 to amend so thinking that it should be covered by late return went on chat to talk to advisor was told no it's not covered only on the day of return it would be covered and was asked if I wanted to pay £32.16 told him I was on the site earlier and it was only 16.72 that's 100% think the terms and conditions need amending so you know what your getting for your late return cover

"We had to cancel our travel at short…"

We had to cancel our travel at short notice because we got pinged as being close to someone who tested positive.

Under the T&C’s APE have no liability to issue a credit. As they are a 3rd party agent I have asked them 3 times to contact the car park and see if they can assist in getting a credit or a discount on our next booking. Their response to me a is a pre written email that has no relation to the questions and concerns I raised. I ended up ringing the supplier myself and got a satisfactory outcome. There are other agents other than APE who hopefully have better customer service and realise that at the moment we’re in the middle of a pandemic and some compassion and understanding is needed. Sadly this is lacking in this specific company

"Scammers ????"

Booked on 21st January 2120,Cancelled on 7th May 2120 due to Cruise Holiday Cancelled By Cruiseline.
Refund due according to terms and conditions£60.89 less £10 Fee, but Airport Parking Essentials cannot be contacted either by email or telephone, so I assume this is some sort of scam. I suggest they should not be used, as I have not received any refund or acknowledgement of of my cancellation.

"CAR STOLEN BY THESE CRIMINALS- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ACTUALLY STOLE MY CAR! I never got my car back and they lied and lied and lied. They actually never returned my car. This experience cost me nearly £20,000!! Tried to sue but they cannot be contacted. Company registration fake. Avoid avoid avoid.

"Do not use this company"

Do not use this company. What people should know about Airport Parking Essentials is that they are middlemen. They take your booking and sub it out to the cheapest parking they can find taking 30% of the fee for the privilege. If you're lucky you'll get a good company (hence some good reviews but it's not APE who are picking up your car and dropping it off it's their sub contractor) if your not lucky you won't get a good company you will have big problems and APE will not do anything about it. No matter how hard you try. If you don't believe this and foolishly use APE again, ask the guy who picks up your car who he works for.

"horrible customer service"

For the collection of my car and to bring back the car I had to wait 1 hour each in the cold and wind.
Customer service was very rude, when I was calling they replied every time, the driver was coming in 5 minutes and they disconnected the call, however they did not turn up for more than 1 hour. When I tried to call back they disconnected the call.
It was neither made clear to me regarding the place to pick up the car, I waited in level 4 of Heathrow airport as per what was written in the instructions and as what was advised by the customer service, instead the car arrived in level 5.
1 star is also too much for such a messy, rude and disorganized company. Please stay away from them if you don't want to spoil your holiday or be sick waiting outside in the cold.

"Bad from beginning to end"

Bad from beginning to end at Manchester. No friendly driver to meet us at their office which we eventually found as it was very poorly signposted. Had to wait 20 mins for someone to turn up and then had the pleasure of being driven to the drop off point in my own car! No sign of this mini bus that we had been told would be there. I also had to pay £3 for him to get out of the drop off area.
On arrival back at Manchester I rang the number on my booking form and eventually got someone who sounded as if he had a bucket on his head as the phone line was so bad every time I called him. He gave me a mobile number to call. Every time I called that it went to answerphone and I couldn't leave a message as the voice mail was full. Luckily there was another party who used this 'service' and they had a completely different number to ring. I eventually got my car as it was driven to pick up point for me. Not happy with the service at all.
To cap it all had a phone call from them last night offering me a £5 rebate if I put a good review on here for them!!!!!
My advice - pay a bit more and use someone that knows what they are doing and not running a Mickey Mouse operation

Please stay away from the scammers.

When I write reviews I always try to give a balanced view. So I’ll try and give a balanced view about this company.

The reason I say they are scammers it’s because they say one thing on the website and when it comes to reality it is completely different.

1. I arrived at the car park exactly on time, Made a telephone call as advised 25 minutes before arriving at the car park to inform that I am on my way. Even after all that I had to wait for around 20 minutes for a driver to come and collect the keys from me. When the driver arrived he did not have his card to pay for the parking ticket and so he asked me to pay. I was again made to pay again when collecting the car. This is not about the money but the matter of principle.

2. On arrival at the airport back from holiday we rang the company as advised when we came to the baggage area. We were asked to ring again once we have collected our bags which he duly did. We were asked to go to the car park and wait for the car. There is no sign of the car after making repeated phone calls we were finally told that agreement that I had them what I can buy it after half an hour for the car to arrive.

2. On arrival at the airport back from holiday we rang the company as advised when we came to the baggage area. We were asked to ring again once we have collected our bags which we duly did. We were asked to go to the car park and wait for the car. There was no sign of the car .....after making repeated phone calls we were finally told that the agreement that I had with them was that It could take up to half an hour for the car to arrive.

I have used similar service at the same airport and other airports many times. In my experience this is one of the worst companies you can deal with. The customer services were rude arrogant and obnoxious.


On the positive side, this company was not too expensive.

"Disgraceful service from drop off to…"

Disgraceful service from drop off to pick up. The rudeness of the staff was awful, made to pay to leave the car park which just defeats the object of paying for parking. Complained online but got a 'goodwill gesture' but absolutely no response to my complaint! Still waiting for a further response!
