"Poor quality "
I bought the cashmere and merino luxe lounge hoodie at the end of September 2024. I have worn it approximately twice per week until a hole appeared in the elbow in April.(6months and 2 weeks after purchase!) I complained to woolovers and was told that as it was over six months there was nothing they could do. They suggested having it repaired!! Not good enough woolovers and to other customers beware woolovers apparently don’t expect their £75 items to last longer than 6 months! This is from the sustainable company! I have bought many things from woolovers over the years but frankly never again. Very poor customer service

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered a pair of trousers which were not delivered as Woolovers use Evri probably the worst delivery company. I had various dates for delivery which never materialised. I reordered and nothing arrived. I cancelled my order and eventually received a refund. In the interim there were many emails to Woolovers customer service which were totally ignored. No response was forthcoming. I only received the refund by phoning and complaining. I would definitely not recommend this company,

"Top Quality Clothing Delivered with Speed"
I have been shopping from Woolovers over a period of 11 years and I cannot recommend this Company highly enough.
Every garment I have bought has been beautifully made of top-quality, long-lasting material. In fact two cabled cardigans I bought 11 years ago are still in use, as they have been every winter. They still look good and still receive compliments.
Every order has been delivered within a reasonable time frame. And now that they have a depot in Australia, two orders that I have made on a Tuesday have arrived the very next Friday. This tops every other service I have received, and this is saying much since I am disabled and old I do nearly all my clothing shopping online or on the phone.

Appalling Service. I took the time to phone and check the availability of the item wanted - they took the order but the item was out of stock. No information from them so I had to chase up and I still haven’t received a refund. I do not recommend this company.

"Had a terrible time ordering"
Had a terrible time ordering. The site kept saying my town was the same as my postcode which it wasn’t. I tried over and over but the message kept coming up. I’ve read some bad reviews re delivery and am really hoping I don’t have any more problems. If all goes well with delivery and the product I will order more, but I’m concerned because I had such a difficult time placing this order.

"Ordered, but later found it was out of stock."
I made an order of shoes that I couldn't find anywhere else. They were even out of stock on the Hotter Shoes website. Found them on Woolovers site apparently in stock. Ordered them and waited. Nothing. I phoned two weeks later and was told they were out of stock, they then cancelled the order and are sending my refund.
Why sell something that is out of stock? They just took my money and kept it until I enquired about it. I could have used that money to buy something else.
The review is two stars instead of one, purely because the woman I spoke to at customer services was so nice, apologetic, and helpful.

Woolovers break the law. Do not trust them. I bought a 6 different items from Woolovers last month. There were a number of different problems: 1) Socks wrongly described as 100% cotton when they contain elastic. This contravenes law. 2) Socks arrived with holes. 3) Socks developed holes in 1 week. 4) Cardigan sleeves far too short for XL size. 5) Woolovers refunds and returns information is incorrect and breaks the law. 6) Woolovers customer service rude and unhelpful. 7) Woolovers do not answer emails about wrongly described and faulty goods. 8) Woolovers do not send links to leave reviews on Feefo. 9) Looks like I will have to take Woolovers to court to get my money back. Ordered a royal blue sleeveless cotton pullover at 11pm on Friday and it arrived at 3pm on Sunday two days later,
The colour is wonderful, the sizing is exactly as on the website, and a repair kit is included, so you obviously know how knitwear and I interact.
Now back on to order another!
