I visited the Dog Walk event at Ravensden Park on Saturday the 26th of April. It was brilliantly organised by Ellie Duval…A perfect opportunity to speak to current home owners on the development and also be able to see the gorgeous surrounding countryside. I would recommend searching events Mulberry are holding and visit one if you're interested in their beautiful homes.

We had a wonderful day today at the Mulberry Home Doggie day, organised by Ellie. It was a great event, lots of guests arrived and had a wonderful walk through the country side. They also had a very knowledgeable dog trainer. Excellent coffee van at the finish line ! We were so impressed with the location and beautiful views. Ellie introduced us to to the sales lady and we are very interested in buying a gorgeous home from Mulberry!. Can't recommend them enough.

"Kelvedon Rise "

We recently moved into our Mulberry Homes house and everything has been great! The process from when we found our home was smooth from choosing our specifications for the house to the deadlines being met and we are very happy with our new home. I want to thank Francesca for her support throughout the whole process, very informative and was always there to answer any questions we had. Even through our exchanging process Francesca was with us the whole way and provided us with all we needed to know. Since moving in the site Team & manager Ash have been helpful and nothing is too much so thank you we really appreciate that!

I’m in the process of buying my first Mullberry home. Francesca at the Kelvedon site has been amazing. She has supported me at every stage by answering all my questions, attending to all my requests and above all reassuring me when things have been a bit tricky. Francesca has been nothing but professional by staying in regular contact and liaising with others involved. But what really stands out is that throughout what is sometimes a stressful process she has taken a kind and caring approach which makes the whole process so much more manageable. Thankyou so much.

We reserved our Mulberry property in Houlton in January 2025 and exchanged in March 2025, the process and experience with Karen and Faye during this part of the house buying was professional and seamless. It was a tight timeframe but ….

Nothing has been too much trouble and the whole process has been smooth sailing from the first viewing. 

We would definitely recommend mulberry homes and thank you for helping us along with purchasing our second house.

Gavin from Mulberry came to fix some cracking on the stairs calking (shrinkage, perfectly normal in a new build) and did a fantastic job, really excellent finish and was super helpful and informative. I know a lot of housebuilding companies can be pretty nightmarish with new builds but have not found Mulberry to be so at all.

I moved into my new home in June 24, I had nothing but 5 star service from Helen whom delivers the most fantastic service and the sales team whom made everything possible for me to make the move, from Mortgage adviser to Solicitor recommendations it went very smooth. We had a few snags in the first few weeks which were dealt with and then I was handed over to Lucy in the after sales team who is on hand with any further snags we have and are swiftly being dealt with and rectified. I look forward to the first phase completion so we can truly enjoy our home.

"We are looking towards a house move…"

We are looking towards a house move this summer and we called into the new Whissendine site on Easter Sunday. We didn’t have an appointment but Helen went to considerable trouble to guide us through the many options and to show us around one of their available houses. Great service and would highly recommend. Site was very well set out in a beautiful part of Rutland.

We moved into our lovely new home in August 2024 but we had been in touch with their Sales team for almost a year before that, Helen in particular has been tremendous, very helpful and has tried really hard to support us through the whole buying process. It has been a pleasure to work with Helen. Brad and Alfie from the build team were excellent in getting the very small number snags resolved during the first couple of months until we were handed over to Lucy in the Customer Care team who carried on the tradition of being as helpful as possible.

The house itself is very well constructed from high quality materials. The build level is outstanding.

We recently moved into our new home with Mulberry Homes, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Karen and Faye, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They were instrumental in helping us meet the Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) deadline, even stepping in to resolve issues when our solicitors made mistakes. Their professionalism and dedication truly made a stressful process much easier.

Even after the move, the aftercare service has been exceptional. Any concerns we've had have been addressed promptly and efficiently. We can't thank Karen, Faye, and the Mulberry Homes team enough for their support throughout this journey. Highly recommended!
