I had to chase up an order 1 week after it was supposed to be delivered to see that it had not even been dispatched. I checked in they said it was lost and refunded me, it has now been ~3 weeks since the order was made, that i will get a refund. Poor communication regarding keeping me updated that my parcel was not going to be delivered.

Automated replies that just fob people off in a condescending manner is certainly not how I would run my business. The human replies after that did not answer the question with a direct answer and just give you information that you think will placate people and getvyou to go away. Add to this when I spoke to customer services in person they said my goods would definitely be on time and delivered by the Friday. Two weeks later part of the order is still not here and won't be here on time before I go travelling so they have lied to me to fob me off again.

I would have a little more respect if your website said delivery will be within 2 to 3 weeks and your staff did not lie on the phone.

I am furious about how Alpine trek have treated and lied to me on both your website and on the phone.

"Very unhelpful company"

Very unhelpful company. Rang TJ ask an order no. Customer service was rude. I asked for the other order no. They also told me they cannot tell me whether the order was back. I’m in hospital and I did see on Tuesday it got delivered from the website but now in hospital I can’t access the receipt.

The gentleman on the phone with me put the phone down on me. Can I make a complaint about that please? As I hadn’t finished what I was saying.

But during this very stressful time they were rude and abrupt.
