"Service advertised wasn't the service received..."
I ordered a pair of bike tyres that were more expensive than those on other websites, as the Biketart website advertised 2-3 days shipping on Monday, just after five. I noticed that the order was incorrect when I received the order confirmation email and reached out to support. However, they were closed. I tried to contact them first thing on Tuesday morning just after 9 am as they were advertised as being open; however, I wasn't successful as the voice message shared that I should call back between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, which didn't make any sense to me.
I managed to get in contact with a support person just after 10 am, and my order was corrected. The representative assured me that this would not delay my order.
I did not receive my order on Thursday or any shipping information, so I called Biketart again at midday Thursday and was told that my order might be able to arrive on Friday; however, in the worst-case scenario, it would be on Saturday. I explained that I was hoping to have the tyres for Saturday for a planned group ride, and the representative shared that he was pretty certain that they would arrive on Friday as they were en route from the supplier and that my order would be sent within 24-hour service via Royal Mail as it was Thursday.
Thursday afternoon, I received an email stating that my order would arrive the following week, Monday at the earliest. After several emails back and forth, I was told that my options were to cancel the order or accept the delay, with no compensation for the delay. Bizarrely, I then received what appeared to be a system-generated email stating that my order was shipped en route via 48-hour service via Royal Mail and that it would arrive on Saturday. I am now hoping that the right order will arrive on Saturday; however, after this experience, I will be very reluctant to order from Biketart ever again.
In summary, I paid more for the bike tyres that I wanted as their website and order confirmation email stated that my order would arrive within 2-3 business days; however, they ended up taking longer to arrive than if I had ordered through other websites for less with 5-day shipping.

"Received a wrong item with poor customer support."
I ordered a pair of Fox Union BOA flat shoes last Wednesday (02/04) and paid for express shipping. According to the website, express delivery should take 1–2 days. I contacted customer service last Friday (04/04) because there was no movement on my order. I was informed that the item was being shipped directly from the supplier.
I received the order today (06/04), but to my surprise, it’s the wrong colorway and variant. I’ve been trying to call customer service for the past two hours, but no one is answering, even though the website states they are open Monday to Saturday until 17:00. I’ve also sent two emails with no response.
I’m extremely disappointed, as I needed these shoes for an event early this coming week.

What a great online store this is. Great selection of products at great prices. It was very easy to navigate and super fast delivery. Ordered my product and had it within 2 days. Will definitely be using biketart again.

Delivery times are not correct at all they must order the parts in before shipping them out I've been waiting 5 days for some new bars that should have been with me 2 days ago and they haven't even been dispatched yet

Wish I had read the reviews before using them, bought a bike helmet via ebay with these as advertised 48 hour delivery. Wasnt until several days after it was marked as dispatched but "(untracked)". Messaged for a tracking number as was informed there was a hold up with royal mail and whoud be here son but completly ignored my request for a tracking number. Messaged again for a tracking number then informed royal mail has lost the helmet.....clearly dont have stock and order it in making you wait, needed this for a present and has been a complete waste of time, have requested a refund

Consistently first rate service across multiple orders. I ordered a made-to-order Hope wheel through Bike Tart and received it 72hrs later. Recently ordered another and changes to the order were handled without fuss. Rapid turnaround with fast and friendly comms.

bad expierence, have shoes from biketart and i ask them about warranty, first i tried call few time, nobody respond, later chat, waiting for answer 60 minutes, after that give me instuction what i need to do, after that send email with all details, two weeks, no respond

Chain snapped on me in North Elham. Home miles away. Got myself to Biketart as a walk in. Sorry, I can’t remember the name of the member of staff who mainly served me. He was excellent from start to finish. Immediately helpful and within half an hour I was back in the saddle and on my way home. Only £23.95 for the new Shimano chain and including labour and he also addressed an issue with the rear derailleur as well. Also enjoyed our cycling chat over the cup of coffee that another member of staff kindly made me. Thank you. 10/10 regards every aspect of customer service. Thank you again to you both.
