Novus have completed our total kitchen renovation today and we are absolutely over the moon with it. From the surveying right through to the finishing all the Novus staff and their tradespeople have been fantastic, always going above and beyond to get things right and achieving the best outcomes for our needs. All work has been completed to an extremely high standard and all of the finishing checks are been thorough even picking up on tiny things that we would never have realised.
Would 100% welcome Novus back into our home to complete further renovations in future.

Novus started the works yesterday ( a new roof) and I would just like to say what a fantastic team of roofers you have employed! Just a few key points I'd like to mention.. the leader ( sorry I'm not great with names ) knocked on my door to let me know the plan. The communication skills were 10/10 the organisation and structure they have is brilliant! Such a polite bunch! They were very clean and tidy! Cleaned there mess when they left and knocked on to let me know the next steps going forward for the morning. Thank you for making this experience a little lighter with your great bunch! Thank you also for your communication throughout (Terrie) you are a brilliant asset to the team and metropolitan are truly lucky to have you guys carrying out the works! Such a professional company! I Highly recommend!!

We have had Novus in our property for 10 working days.From our first visit with Kelsey ,last year , we have been updated regularly right up to the week before work was carried out.Everyday a different trades person came , all were very polite , respected myself & our property , always keeping the area tidy before leaving . We were both overwhelmed with the work carried out a total refurb , including plastering , new floor , tiling and a complete bathroom suite for our wet room . We would like to thank each individual who have been part of our refurb , would highly recommend.

Just had a new kitchen fitted by novus team, old kitchen removed, new electrics, plastering, new floor, lighting, tiles, kitchen units and decorated. I can honestly say the whole team was amazing. Took so much pride in there work, and the end product is amazing. I'm so happy with my new kitchen. Thank you to everyone involved.
