"The Liverpool store manager has no…"

The Liverpool store manager has no customer service whatsoever, very poor communication and does not care for the business itself or their reputation, basically the Nike shoe I was trying to buy was clearly different in colour I was not looking for a discount however since they were the last pair I was forced to offer to buy them, however the person at the counter said that she would check with manager to have some discount applied, however when she returned and told me that no discount would be applied I refused to buy them, I asked why no discount and was told that the manager said it is what it is (as in the fault of colour) take it or leave it! So rude and no offer to find me a pair in another store! I will never buy from them again, Culture King well done to you on your service

"Bankstown great in store experience "

My previous review was a big negative this being unable to contact multiple stores & head office via phone. The phone just rings out & then to top it off e-mailing & this bouncing back!!!

This was a way better interaction as have my other dealings at Bankstown. Shout out to Jay who helped me out a month ago when I purchased my adidas SL 72 OG absolutely love them super comfy & love the colour maroon/yellow laces.

Visited Bankstown about 3 weeks ago & was served by Boyet super friendly & efficient (the guy's are always very cool & helpful) unfortunately both pair's of shoes we're not available in this store & they couldn't advise me if the other stores have them, they don't have that information but advised they can order them for me. I said I was hesitant to order online due to all the negative reviews.

Rayann helped put the order through at the kiosk thanks.
Unfortunately you are not able to collect them from the store, but by ordering in-store you are a priority order.
Purchased another pair of SL 72 OG in a different colour (there are so many to choose from) they arrived within 7 days, but no correspondence about the 2nd pair. Luckily they give me the customer service number 08 91269472 (after I
mentioned not being able to call the store) they gave me excuses about bad reception & music being loud a little bit of a dismissive attitude by one of the girls, but Rayann was sweet & efficient.

I spoke with Krystal @ customer care who was extremely helpful & advised me the 2nd pair (mens adidas adi racer in black) were coming from the UK & the following day I received the tracking & they arrived 3 days later.

So thank you, Jay, Boyet Rayann @ Bankstown & Krystal customer care.

I know you guys are always super busy but please turn the music down & answer the phone.

"No refund 4 weeks"

RETURNED 3 pairs of shoes 4 weeks ago Australia post have confirmed it was delivered on 1st and part of a bulk delivery so tracking could have missed the delivered scan!

Live chat say not delivered and to wait
Then another agent said wait 10 days from last scan which shows in transit
Disgrace of support and will be contacting my bank to dispute this

"Wouldn’t let me return a faulty item"

I ordered shoes online which arrived with a stain on them and they wouldn’t let me return them because they didn’t believe that it arrived that way even though I’d sent them pictures of the soles and inside of the shoes as proof that they’d never been worn

"Received 1 shoe in Delivery out of a pair"


I ordered a pair of shoes online, but to my surprise, I only received one shoe instead of the pair. I needed it as a gift for someone, and unfortunately, the customer service wasn't very helpful.

I ask how a person can wear 1 shoe.I have to handle the return myself and wait for a refund*

"Slow service process in store"

Slow service process in store, the staff spend about 5min tinkering around on their phone to get your size brought up, then wait about 10min for your size to show up, then they won’t even let you take the shoes to the counter to pay! They need to go on their phone AGAIN and request ANOTHER staff member to bring your purchase 5 steps to the checkout. I wasted so much time waiting for a simple pair of sneakers. PAINFUL.
