I have submitted my claim via Vet and I was surprise but the insurance got immediately in touch and sorted out the claim. I had more claims after that which were immediately sorted out as well. I have contacted Eporium by email as well and were treated politely with respect and empathy. Great insurance, will take it again definitely. To compare - I had before insurance with Many Pets where claims were not review for half a year and was trying really hard to connect with real person. So I was so surprised that Emporium was so great. Thank you for that !!
