"Allsaints Rental Service Broken"
Rental service was a nice concept, like others, initially very responsive with prompt deliveries.
April seems to have broken the system. Returns not processed after 3 weeks, listed phone number does not receive calls, emails are ignored.
Have now paid for 2 months service, will be keeping both current items in my possession as compensation if no response is received within the next 24hrs.
Service will be terminated & all future payments blocked.

Was working well and enjoying the subscription but had nothing in April and was told my request was being looked into. Now customer service are just ignoring emails and not sending items.
Shocking service. PLEASE AVOID. £79 for nothing.

It started really well but have paid for April but nothing has been delivered and keep getting the same reply when I ask for an update ‘my order is being processed’.
Really frustrating so would not recommend.

"Allsaints rental AVOID!"
I’ve been a customer of the AllSaints rental service for 2 months, but recently the service has completely collapsed. Despite paying my monthly subscription, I haven’t received any new items in weeks, and there’s been no update to confirm my previous returns have even been processed.
Like others have said, it feels like the whole rental service has just stopped - yet they’re still taking payments with no goods or communication in return. The phone number listed doesn’t work, and while I’ve managed to exchange a few emails, the responses have been frustratingly unhelpful and I’m just going round in circles with no resolution or refund.
Although the rental is managed by ACS, it’s still promoted directly by AllSaints, available via their website, and carries their brand—so they should take responsibility. It’s really disappointing coming from a brand that positions itself as premium. Right now, it’s £80 a month for absolutely nothing. Avoid.

AllSaints rental just stopped delivering items this month and I prepaid till the end of May.
My returned items from weeks ago not removed from my wardrobe.
No new items update on the website for weeks.
I wonder if they are going out of business as no rental service has been provided despite charging the rental fee especially as I prepaid for three months as a gift subscription.

"The subscription service Disappointed started well…"
The subscription service started well with prompt deliveries, but 3 weeks ago it just stopped. 2 items returned - they were not even registered as received back, and nothing new delivered.
So disappointed, have cancelled membership. Have requested a credit note. I feel it’s the least they can do. Last months subscription just wasted.
Edit. Have been refunded 1 months subscription. I am interested to know if they are still operating this service.

"Made me out to be a Liar but there had my parcel all along"
I would give no stars if I could
All saints basically made me out to be a liar
This has really caused me a lot of stress and anxiety as initially I was told my item was delivered and to check if it had been delivered to a neighbour. Advised it was delivered the same day it was ordered obviously my neighbours didn’t have it( massive embarrassment ) i had to fill in a declaration which seemed to insinuate I was lying about my delivery. The tracking just said delivered no
photos or anything delivered the same as I ordered which never happens.
After 23 emails to all saints they agreed it was never delivered it was damaged in transit. Got an apology from a manager and advised will give me a goodwill.
So today finally delivered asked about compensation was then told don’t compensate for late deliveries. I showed the agent the email i received saying i could have compensation, said would offer me free next day delivery, I said I wanted what was I promised but said no and don’t compensate for late deliveries.
I’m really not happy how I have been treated and I deserve a written apology didn’t even get that
I do love the clothes but the online customer service is absolutely atrocious. I would not recommend All Saints online definitely go in the shops much nicer and an always greats service.
Wow just had another email of All Saints saying I wasn’t promised any compensation when I sent them a copy of an email that clearly states I will be offered Compensation when the items actually arrives, still no apology either

I’m not happy still as All Saints seem to be taking no responsibility for there actions
I must say if you ask a customer to check with neighbours and fill in a declaration for something you say was delivered but clearly had no proof is very poor.
No way would an item be delivered within 6 hours of it been ordered
It’s said delivered in Leeds I lived hundreds of miles away in Sunderland

I stand by my statement absolutely terrible service by All Saints

"Allsaints rental- shocking - AVOID!!"
Like other reviews, my allsaints rental service has completely stopped - although my subscription charge has been taken, I’ve had no goods for almost 3 weeks and there’s no sign of them planning to send me any. The phone number on the website doesn’t work so you can’t even speak to anyone! I’ve exchanged a few emails, but they are so unhelpful, I’m going round in circles and they haven’t sorted anything and won’t refund my subscription! Unbelievable and not what you’d expect from what’s supposed to be a premium brand.

I’ve been a customer of AllSaints rental for a while, and at the moment service has completely stopped. I’ve paid my subscription but not new items, and no updating to show my items have been returned.
While the rental service is managed by ACS rental, it is under the AllSaints brand, and linkable from AllSaints website as well as initially being advertised to me directly from AllSaints, so AllSaints need to take responsibility. £80 a month for nothing. Avoid

"Premium Brand Basic Service- please avoid !"
Returned order to All Saints , a week later no update / refund. On checking my return status the screen shows “we have received your return” .On ringing customer services the assistant put me in hold and then cut me off , on contacting them a second time the assistant advised that I put a claim in as they can see that have received the item but they can’t find it . So basically no apology and the onus is on the customer to resolve the issue, disgusting service,
