"Disgusting."

Disgusting.

You have to top up £10 every 3 months.
I had £9.92 in my account.
Using only 8p in 3 months.
They then send me an email saying that because I didn't use it I was being deducted £9.92.

because I then went below £2 they automatically charged me £10 to top up.

It's fine making me top up another £10. But how dare they deduct £9.92 for not using it.
What type of corrupt business is this?

Maybe this is understandable.
But the next day I get charged another £10 for who knows what reason they have concocted.
Which I'm sure they will say is in their terms and conditions written in small where no one can see it.

So for 8p worth of credit, I spent £20

Not really 1p is it.....
I thought I would save money. But I somehow end up being overcharged all the time.

"Impressive"

Since joining 1p Mobile, I have noticed a marked increase in service compared to that of Three, 5G in most areas and 4G in others. Occasionally, I have a signal drop, but it is very brief and in exactly the exact location each time (rural area).

The number port was fast and effective, and although the website may look old, it is also very effective. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Would be nice to have the option of an E-Sim soon.

"Moved from Vodafone to 1pmobile (EE)"

Moved from Vodafone to 1pmobile (EE) - much better service than Vodafone, I get 5g in places where Vodafone there was no signal. I live in an urban area where mobile phone signals should not be a problem. Cracking deal too for SIM only from 1pMobile. So far very happy.

"Panicked because of poor information and customer care"

My porting issues are fixed. It turns out the porting was only partially done and my number was split between sims temporarily. Had I been able to find information to explain this without phoning customer care and had I found it easy to call and get through to customer care to get this advice I would never have given such a negative review. Still because such helpful information is not easily available and customer service is poorly done I won't be giving more than 3 stars for now.

"Value for Money"

1p for a minute - excellent service!
1pMobile, where you can get your preferred number for a lower price. My family members have been using 1p Mobile for many years. Well recommended!

"Terrible Customer Support Phone Service"

If you dial 150 on your mobile it refers you to their 03333 442278 customer services number.

I have tried several times to get through to this number but on the 14th of January 2025 I tried numerous times throughout the day and you always get the same response that they are busy.

They'll charge you at 03333 rates for attempting to contact customer services, but effectively impossible to contact.

Absolutely useless.

"No customer service, well, at least this morning "

I just tried to get help with a couple of matters. Their bot would not be able to help and asked me to fill up support form. The form would return Server error 500 which in IT world means, I am down. I then went for 3rd way to contact them by calling +44 333 344 2278, no answer at all of any sort. Well, they are cheap and things are well if you do not need any help....
