I recently faced a few issues with circuit laundry , and lodged a complain

I dont usually write reviews , but I was so shocked by how patiently the situation was handled

The chat agent was very prompt and helpful. I got a refund quickly due to bad dryer machine.

I called to inquire about a refund for the original Circuit app in order to switch to the new Circuit Go app, and the refund was processed promptly. The service was excellent, and the representative was kind and patient. Thank you for your assistance!

"Overpriced & predatory"

Overpriced, hardly washes or dries your clothes. System is predatory towards students with no other alternatives. App is poorly designed and so is the payment terminal. Forget trying to get a refund on remaining credits in your account: Minimum refund amount is 5£, with a 3£ admin fee.

"There were issue with their washing…"

There were issue with their washing machine. My clothes were runined because they were stuck in the washing machine for hours.

I have called and emailed their team for multiple time for a refund. It has been more than a month, but I still haven't received the refund nor any update from their team.

"Scam company"

Thought using this system was bad enough at university, but then this cancer system had to spread to my new apartment building too.

People working at Circuit Laundry need to have a serious look in the mirror, think about their life and realise what a crap company they are working for, taking advantage of people, charging so much for a dirty laundry machine and dryer. Praying every night they go out of business, wish nothing but the worst for these people
