I just had one of your representatives, Chantel, help me figure out why my terminals weren't working. It was a tedious process and some info was not aligning, however after doing my updates, she figured out that the issue was on Talech's end. She contacted Talech and they had to activate on their side, which was a huge relief.
Chantel was professional, courteous and thorough to getting to the bottom of my challenge and I'm grateful for her customer service. I give her a 10 out of 10!

Would give them zero if we could! Terrible customer service - they just give you the run around. They took money out of our account they had no right to access.

"ALERTE À LA FRAUDE "
ALERTE À LA FRAUDE : Après avoir signé un contrat avec des frais clairement établis, cette entreprise a MODIFIÉ les frais dans le contrat avant de l’envoyer au fournisseur Elavon, sans mon consentement ! Une pratique totalement malhonnête et inacceptable. Ils osent me demander 595 $ pour fermer mon compte, alors que c’est EUX qui ont manipulé le contrat ?! C’EST DU VOL PUR ET SIMPLE.
J’ai passé 3 HEURES au téléphone avec Elavon pour régler le problème, et au lieu d’aider, ils se renvoient la balle comme si personne ne voulait assumer cette fraude ! Résultat ? Un client pris en otage, sans solution, et une perte de temps énorme.
- Fausse représentation et modification frauduleuse des frais
- Aucune transparence
- Manque total d’éthique – ils jouent avec votre argent !
Je prends toutes les démarches légales pour faire annuler ce contrat et exposer ces pratiques douteuses. Si vous ne voulez pas être la prochaine victime, passez votre chemin !

Don't ever deal with Elavon. The back office does not know how to read instructions from a customer service who has taken the initial information. I requested in Feb 25 2025 or approximately that time to Cancel my POS on March 15... however there was a delay in the sale of my business so I phoned in March 4 to Cancel the cancellation order for Mar 15.. I just found out that they cancelled it on the day of my first call. Now i have to wait to reactivate the account in 3days... therefore i cannot take payments of any sale that might come through for 3 days... Very poor service. They also do not call back when you have issues.I lose business from this mistake.

thought it was an long process However on my part I did not take the time to register if I did it would have not been a long process for me so my advice is to those who wants to use Elavon system?,Please do not skip or wait for the last moment to register your payment insider account It's the first thing should be done. I admit, I did Registration at last steps. However on the other hand, my payments was held not process for a few days. Beside that's what happened that allowed me to do the registration. However I am not sure what held my payment I am going to find out now. The fact the registration was not a long process I am sorry and I apologize.
