Please beware; they are scammers and fraudsters. I have ordered a gaming chair. The very next day, she told me that the chair was out of stock and kept asking me to change the color as soon as I said send me another color. They reply that the other color is not available as well.
Customer service is shit, and they don't care. Please do not buy anything from their website. I feel like it is scam

Ordering things online is difficult because you can't actually see the product.
Communication good and delivered on time.
When I received my chair unfortunately it was not suitable.
I can honestly say all emails regarding this were answerd quickly including return labels.
Collection on time, refund no problem.

what a shit company this is they dont care for you and the lady that you speak to doesnt care about you wants to make your life hard they sent my parcel with 2 different companys and still havent recieved everything as they are saying its the delivery company,
dont go with this company, either build your own table or go with a different company that cares about there clients.

Terrible company. Would not recommend. Customer Care instead of solving problems just copy-pastes generic responses. I've been waiting for my order for 3 weeks already and they can't even tell me when I'll receive it. Avoid.

"Abysmal quality and service"
Ordered the 140 * 60cm off Amazon. Packaging was ok, but when it came time to assemble the product I was left disappointed:
The table top was split (which is fair given that it is a flat pack) but the legs did not fit the pre-drilled holes in the table top.
Spent 20 minutes following instructions only to spend another 30 minutes shoving everything back in.
Upon contacting customer care instead of sending in the right table top or replacement legs, I got offered a 10% discount to keep the faulty item.
Incredible.

"BS5 Chair arrived damaged with black…"
BS5 Chair arrived damaged with black marks on headrest, but main issue is that the back rest does not lock in an upright position, making it completely useless. If you want to actually benefit from the “ergonomic back support”, do not buy from Flexispot. The chair is absolutely useless. Tried calling customer service, who I could barely hear & the call kept losing connection.

"Good luck trying to return an item"
Good luck trying to return an item. The website says Flexispot understand it's your right to change your mind and return an item providing you have all the original packaging. Which I do. I emailed requesting to return the Desktop due to the fact the colour is not right with my furniture (but want the stand and monitor shelf). However at first they suggested I keep the desktop and they give me £14.39 refund. I refused as I want the £79.99 refund and have no use for a desktop I won't use and have no space for. I pointed out as per their website it states I should be allowed a full refund. Since then I've waited in 4 separate days (I cannot be home all day everyday) for DHL to turn up and no courier has. I have now requested Flexispot provide me proof of the collection address they have given DHL as typically I don't normally have issues with couriers turning up so this strikes me as odd and that perhaps the details they have been given are not correct. Should the issue actually be DHL I will gladly change this review but right now I am not sure it is them.
Update (amended rating to 3): Flexispot apologized for the inconvenience and actioned a full refund but asked if I could handle the disposal of the desktop. Bit annoying but I accepted. I did in fact order a different desktop of there's via Amazon which looks great. I just now need to find someone who wants the other one.

Terrible all round.
Let changing the delivery date. Finally delivered the chair but only sent one box the two. Contacted and they said that the other half would arrive over a month later. Asked for cancellation and offered to refund me £39 of £360 and could keep the half of a chair. Have since sent email saying they have issued a refund but been over a week and still no payment to back. Klarna says that they have gave me a partial refund and still have half to pay. Have emailed and theybsayvthatvthebrefund has gone though and I have received the 2nd box. None of which are true. At this point I am doubtful I’ll get this refund

"Rubbish delivery - Poor Quality C7 chair"
Rubbish delivery, should of been dispatched on the 6th, got an email on the 10th to say it would be despatched that day via DPD nextday, its now the 13th and DPD are saying the item has not despatched from Flexispot, and all Flexispot support are saying is wait a week. Now I have DPD tracking saying 3-5 days delivery and just had a new email saying the driver will be delivering in 1hr-45min, but because the tracking was saying not for a couple of days there is no one in and it's got to left on the street. If Flexispot Customer Service would of confirmed DPD had the item yesterday on nextday rather than just wait and see if it turns up by the end of the week I would of been in today to receive the chair. When the Chair did turn up there are two bolts protruding though the base which prevent the mechanisum being bolted down flat, Customer service have finally come back to me (if you can speak to Yilia in Cust Serv they are great, the others, not so) the bolts are used as spacer between the base and mechanisum rather than modifying the base moulding to increase the height of the bolt mating surface, it means the front bolts cannot be torqued down to give a fully closed joint stack, I will give it a try but I wouldn't rush to purchase another.

"A Horrific Experience with the FlexiSpot Under Desk Treadmill"
If you're thinking about buying the FlexiSpot Under Desk Treadmill, save yourself the headache and don’t. This has got to be the worst purchase I’ve ever made.
First off, the build quality is absolute garbage. It feels like it was slapped together with whatever scraps were lying around the factory. On day one, the belt started slipping across the runners, and no amount of tightening would fix it. I followed the instructions to the letter, adjusted the tension again and again, but nope—the belt has a mind of its own. One side tightens, the other side loosens, and before you know it, it’s scraping the edge. It’s infuriating and dangerous!
And then there’s the customer service (or lack thereof). Don’t expect any meaningful help. Their support email is just a bot spitting out copy-paste responses that don’t even address the problem. They send you useless "troubleshooting" tips that don’t work and refuse to escalate the issue when you tell them it’s defective.
BE WARNED: If you want a refund (ha!), you’ll need to keep the original cardboard box the treadmill came in. Yes, you read that right. They expect you to hold onto this giant, flimsy box for the entirety of your warranty. If you don’t have it, you’re out of luck. It’s the most absurd policy I’ve ever encountered.
Save your money, your sanity, and your floor space. This treadmill is a scam disguised as fitness equipment. Zero stars. Avoid it like the plague!
