"Random prices and charges"
Booked a taxi to the airport a few days before, my card was pre authorised with a payment as I said I’d be paying card.
The car arrived before our due time, but we were out and on our way before the allotted time.
When we got to the airport, the driver told me I needed to pay in cash. When I refused, saying my card was pre authorised, he agreed to take card, but charged a different amount to the pre authorisation.
Later I got an email invoice, which showed another different (lower) amount, this amount included a waiting charge, even though we were out and on our way before the scheduled time.
I have emailed over different email addresses and not had a response in over two weeks.

"Picked up from work late at night (work…"
Picked up from work late at night (work in a bar) to be taking the wrong way home when challenged why taking me the wrong way first answers was it is all the same when argued it is not he was very insistent it was i believe he thought because he was picking me up from a bar I might have been drunk when I told him I work there and was sober his story changed to he thought I had told him a different address when argued the address he said never came out of my mouth he then said I should have told my post code when I argued he should have asked for my postcode he then pulled over telling me to pay and get out his taxi. I did not pay but did leave the taxi meaning I had to walk home alone late at night which took around 15 minutes power walking because he took me the opposite way to where I live. Do taxi drivers not have a duty of care? Drivers name was Sol I will never use Blueline again. Disgusting behaviour.

Do not book a taxi with Blueline turned up too late, missed our Coach connection lost our holiday. The taxi was pre-booked 4 days in advance and was confirmed, phoned day before and was reassured it would be on time. When phoned on the morning kept sayingi taxi on the way five minutes. Disgusting service really bad

"Appalling service from a long time…"
Appalling service from a long time customer. Booked a taxi 2 weeks ago which left me waiting as a lone female for over 2 hours. I was assured over that period that the driver was 10 mins away, 2 hours wait until he finally arrived.
Today a taxi was booked for 5 passengers, the app confirmed a fair of £7.50 for a 4 minute drive only to be charged £15.60 on my card. Not sure where this once trusted taxi company went but I advise avoiding at all costs in future!!!!!

"Over charged "
Got a taxi from Newcastle Airport to Sunniside on Tuesday night at 10 pm.
I was charged £35.30, that's £10 more than any other taxi company.
When I asked about it I was told it was a night time fare.
There are a lot of other companies out there, that are a lot cheaper.
I suggest you use one of them.

"Blueline Taxi for drop off/Pick up"
Booked Blueline Taxi for drop off and pick. On both journeys driving standard was absolutely shocking. Driving to close cars in front, not anticipating junctions, roundabouts, breaking speed limits, using mobile phones.

"Take an Uber"
Take an Uber, even if there is a cab right in front of you at the airport taxi stand. It’s cheaper, and if there is something wrong with the service it will be fixed as drivers care about their ratings and Uber takes responsibility.
Blue Line is deceitful, incompetent, and outright disrespectful.
I took a taxi from the airport to my hotel. I had a lot of luggage and was holding onto my backpack in the back seat, and the driver suggested that I put it in the front seat to give myself more space, which was nice. Note that I have no visibility of my bag now that’s in the front seat as I’m in the back.
Arrive at my hotel, pay the driver CAD 80 for a CAD 63 ride (a 27% tip) and grab all my luggage. After checking in, I realise my backpack is still in the cab. It’s 530pm at this point.
I call the taxi company. They try to find the driver / my bag. No success.
Keep in mind the bag is in the front seat. It is highly unlikely that the driver hadn’t noticed it by the time his shift was over.
Takes 3 days for my bag to show up at the lost and found. I ask that the resolve this issue by sending the bag back to me, and they said can only send it back at my own cost - or I can go pick it up myself. Also, that I can’t pick up from their office as it’s closed the next two days (weekend).
On Monday I call them again and ask to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor says the same thing, I have to pay a driver to take the bag to me or pick up the bag myself.
Begrudgingly I ask them to send it back to me at my own expense, but to send it at 9pm as I’m not at the hotel. They tell me they have to send it back during office hours (???), even though I’m paying for it myself. We agree to have a car pick up my bag and drop it off at 5pm at my hotel.
It doesn’t get delivered.
When I return to the hotel I call the service centre for an update at 11:15pm. They said they can deliver it to me in 10 mins (so they lied that they can’t deliver outside of office hours). At 12 midnight (~45 mins later) I get my bag back, costing me CAD 60.86. Driver even has the nerve to ask for a 15% tip.
After this ordeal, both the driver and company have had zero consequences while I’ve spent hours experiencing incompetence and a company with zero accountability that simply doesn’t care about its customers.

"Would never use agaiin"
Booked taxi a week in advance to get to work on boxing day 6.30am, got a call at 6.36am, to tell me they had no drivers and had to cancel my taxi. Absolutely shocking service, will not be using again.
