I ordered an electric scooter from catch.com, seller was OzSportMarket.

The order was 3 weeks late, further more, the scooter showed two errors codes after 4 days of use commuting to work. Scooter will not charge nor work.

Contacted catch about a refund or replacement, I was passed onto an extremely unhelpful agent “Olivia” who kept sending me copy and paste’s from the user manual about the error codes, one email read, “replace the controller”, suggesting I disassemble and fix the scooter myself.

Catch then finally said they would chase a refund, and said I should receive it within 3-5 business days, I am currently without refund after 7 business days and still not getting replies from the company.

0/10, I would strongly advise against using this company
