FFF customer service chat over text message was very quick and efficient with resolving my issue

"Over charged by $100"

Over charged by $100. Pointed it out to them with screen shots. They then sent an itemized invoice that did not match I got tired of arguing. Went to better business bureau. I’ve been a member for almost ten years. This morning I go in and they have corrected the price to what I was charged. Makes me wonder how many times they over charged. I have screen shots showing their horrible scamming business practices.

A few times when I would order higher value items on a good sale the order would “go missing” and they would credit me for the sale, felt scammy. Was charged an additional $72usd shipping without being told on the renewal due to “tarrifs” when we all know who started that one… lots of super cheap products quality wise and terrible customer service.

Rep was very helpful in resolving my issue right away (which was not being able to customize my box bc of a glitch). This was immediately addressed and I was given the opportunity to do this with no questions asked.

I was given this as a gift in 2021 and had to input my credit card info . I have emailed asked it to be cancelled and disputed the charge. They responded that my request doesn’t comply with their policy. I have been getting cheap crap boxes quarterly. I don’t recommend this service to anyone. It is a scam.
