I will never be using this company for any purchases again. My order was placed and money cleared 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received the product. I rang them multiple times on their advertised number to find it was disconnected. I understand the business was moving, but there was no alternative contact number given. Then after several emails, I finally made contact via Facebook. The delay in the products isn’t the issue- it’s the vast lack of communication that has made me angry. I will not be using your services again nor will I be recommending it.

Out of stock item displayed on website. No communication that it was out of stock. 4 week wait to receive the product. Then I receive the wrong product!

"Unconscionable conduct"
Unconscionable conduct, in excess of three weeks for delivery for a stocked item. After the first phone call, all subsequent calls went to message bank, I would suggest he recognized my number and decided not to answer, this happened many times. I then used another phone and he picked up and I complained about the poor service, he never answered again. I had been told that the order hadn't gone through to the warehouse, however he still took the funds from the account. I was then told the goods were sent on Thursday 6th September, this was not the case. I then sent an email to the help desk stating that the Police and Consumer Affairs Vic., were going to be contacted. This apparently did the trick, goods were collected by Toll Tuesday 11th September and delivered 12th September. Because I had trusted this company, sadly I have lost a few head, due to worm infestation. I don't know the reasons for this dishonest and deceptive attitude. I would not recommend this company, this is not just my opinion but that of many on another site (Product Review) The owner Taylan Atar can be contacted on 0411 110 107. You might also like to contact your bank for a recharge or consider PayPal ????? Good luck if you fall foul of this company. Better still stay away!
