This place is worthless DO NOT waste your time !!!! I tried them one time before and I knew better but I had strep throat and didn’t feel like going anywhere so ide give them one more try the doctor was pointless / worthless I’ve fought it for a week with all the otc stuff I needed an antibiotic to knock it out and this doctor did NOTHING drink fluids rest I’m like really I’m 54 years old this isn’t my first rodeo I knew what I needed all that money and copay for nothing plz don’t waste your time and money will never use them again and everyone I know and every platform I’m going to tell it !!!!

"Scheduled an appointment"
Scheduled an appointment. The app couldn’t confirm my insurance. I called and their system couldn’t confirm my insurance. Called and they said they’d send the issue to billing to solve. Kept calling and billing had not done any work. Had to keep calling to cancel my appointment so I wouldn’t be charged the claim and hope they would give it back. Had to cancel completely and lose $40. Going to be calling my insurance to deal with them because they refuse to help patients.

"ALWAYS CANCEL APPOINTMENTS"
Me and my husband have been trying to schedule counseling for weeks and every single time we come to the day of the appointment they cancel it. Without fail, DAY OF, no reasoning behind it, it always says provider canceled this appointment. Do not use this service if you actually want help, this has caused even more stress for us. We even took off work to have an appointment today thinking maybe the after work appointments were going to keep getting canceled. They have an online scheduler and why it would let you schedule a time that they can't do is beyond me. What kind of doctors are working here?

"Quality Customer service down. Scam you out of money up"
This company used to have decent doctors that cared but that was 2 years ago. Fast forward to 2025 all they seem to care about is getting money. I told the doctor I had a very bad sinus pressure headache as I normally get right before allergy season starts and he tells me I have not had symptoms long enough which mind you I had sinus pressure for 4 days. He told me they can't prescribe antibiotics and to call back. They are awful and if you have your insurance company complain and have them dropped as they are not providing quality care to people. I went to urgent care and got what I needed. I will never use them again.

"Absolute scam"
Absolute scam! I paid my $35 copay for a doctor to rush through a few minutes of questions, interrupt me, and tell me I have a viral infection and she can call me in a cough medicine. I don’t go to doctors unless I’m at the point that I know I’m going to have to have an antibiotic, which I absolutely hate taking, but she refused to call in an antibiotic stating I hadn’t had my symptoms long enough. Now I get to go to urgent care to get said antibiotic because like I told her, it did not get better, and I’ve waited in misery for the magic number of days in which they decide it is in fact a bacterial infection that requires an antibiotic. Do not waste your money on this scam!

"Absolute Waste of Time and $185"
I needed a prescription for an ongoing condition and was unable to get into my primary care doc. My insurance company suggested I call LiveHealth for an appt.
Less than five miniutes (and $185) into the appointment, the doctor told me they can't prescribe the needed medication.
I totally understand that they have rules. However, given that I was clear on the intake form about why I was calling and what I needed, an appointment should never have been made.
Like most healthcare in the U.S., this organization appears to be a money grab. Never again would I use them.

"They don't care about you!!! Stay away!!"
I went to family gathering and was exposed to the Flu. 24 hours after I was very sick. Fever, chills cough, congestion. I set up a call with a Dr. The call was 4 minutes, which is fine. The Dr. Prescribed Xofluza. I went to the pharmacy and my insurance will not cover it. Went home and left a message for the doctor and called customer service. 24 hours later no response from anyone. Still sick. Called customer service again and they said set up another appointment with another doctor and have them send in something different. Why should I have to pay again? Why can't the doctor that I spoke with just change my prescription? My regular doctor would. I will never use this service again and will report to corporate HR how bad this company is. They dont care about you as a patient, just making as much money as possible by getting as many people in and out as fast as possible. Please stay away. This is not a good or safe option for your health.

"Poor customer and tech service. Provider cancelled twice"
Poor customer and tech service. I would not recommend this service. I saw one doctor twice and it was a positive experience but the next two times he cancelled on me, once for techical issues on his end and for an unknown reason the second time. His next availability wasn’t for a month out and that’s unacceptable when medication is needed. Their app removed all my history and care team and they weren’t able to recover it so I was not able to message the provider directly because he wasn’t listed on my care team.
Waste of time and this has left a negative impression on mental health.
The technical support was useless and it felt like they were unfamiliar with their app and webpage. I spoke to 3 different people and it seemed they had no clue what I was even talking about.

Don’t waste your time or money!!!!Absolute waste of $55. I would never recommend this company for any healthcare needs!

Called to receive medical care for a standard problem and received care that was inconsistent with the literature from an uncompassionate provider. Upon calling to seek resolution, the customer service rep left me on the phone with no response.
