"Expensive delivery and slow service"

I ordered an apron and tea towel for Magic Radios Cash for Kids on the 15th of April 2025. I have not yet received the items and the charity fundraising event took place today (01/05/25) The responses to my emails were very quickly answered by Jesse. However, I was first told that one of my items was a pre-order and wouldn't be despatched until the 16th May.

I pointed out that neither item was preorder and then was told that I was correct and they would be dispatched from the warehouse in the next couple of days. This was on the 25th April. I emailed again and again was told that my order would be chased.

This company has taken £40 of my money and not provided my items. £10 was for standard tracked delivery, which is extremely pricey for two fabric items.

I am really not happy with this company and wonder where the items are coming from. My tea towel and apron are supposed to be signed by the Magic Radio DJs. Magic radio is based in the UK.

If you want an item in time for a special event I suggest you do not order from here.

Ordered a tee shirt for Cash for Kids on 9th April, and still no delivery by 30th April. Emailed BSI Merch, who got back to me extremely quickly and told me it was a pre-order that wouldn't be dispatched until 16th May. Would've been useful to know this on the original order, but thank you to Jesse for letting me know and replying so quickly.

My order never came after months of waiting so I contacted the support agency and they got back to me super quickly and were also extremely understanding they issued a full refund within the week. Zooey in particular helped me a lot and I’m extremely grateful because I was very confused.

I made a mistake in ordering an item online and gave a wrong delivery address. I emailed BSI Merch to change the address and they did so, with absolutely no extra hassle.
