"Called them to fix washer"

Called them to fix washer, as it started smoking inside washing mashing. They sent a tech out he told us it was drain pump assembly and water sensor charged us $900 for call and parts..that part lasted 3 uses. On 3rd use washing wash full of smoke as well my laundry room when opened door.cslled again took over 1 week for tech to come, he told us it was the rubber door gasket part is $568, but we wouldn't be charged, due to use paying for the other part. Haven't heard from them. Called them 3rd time tofind out when the part will be here..I was told now it's the drum and it's over$1000 and they need a deposit before they can order it. I told them I'm not paying for anything as I've already paid for a part that didn't need to be replaced. I Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They are scammers, charges me over 600 dollars for replacing a broken dryer knob. Why is this company still in business?

This is a complete fraud. I previously utilized this company's services a few years ago and paid in full as I received the estimate. However, this time was different. A technician arrived to provide an estimate for the microwave repair, and despite my prior communication about the lack of power, he reiterated the same issue. He then requested an additional $288 for a detailed estimate covering parts and labor, without even inspecting the microwave. Now, they are threatening to report me to collections and the credit bureau. I urge you to report this company to the Better Business Bureau, the Ministry of Public Service and Business Service Delivery, and the Consumer Protection Agency. Additionally, please dispute this matter and inform the collection agency for further investigation, if you had an issue. Such practices are unacceptable for a business.

This company is fraud! They quoted me $378 for a part and $250 for labor for a small stove repair. The cost of a brand new same stove is $1049!!! I got the repair done elsewhere for one-third of that price quoted by these scammers! Don't fall in their trap!

They are Scammers. I asked for Serial and Part numbers, gave me wrong Serial and Part #. They quoted for replacement Glass $747.70 +gst. Got the right Model and Serial Number from where I bought it from. The Price is $129.95 Buyer beware

""A Team" Appliance Repair: A Pack of Incompetent Scam Artists - STAY AWAY!"

Listen up, folks! If you value your hard-earned money and the sanity of your kitchen, steer clear – and I mean vehemently avoid – the absolute disaster that is the "A Team" appliance repair. These aren't repair professionals; they're a pack of incompetent cowboys who managed to turn a minor inconvenience into a full-blown appliance nightmare and a gaping hole in my wallet.
My saga began with a simple ice buildup issue in my Samsung French Door refrigerator. What did the "A Team" diagnose? A so-called "known issue" requiring an $850 fix involving an additional heater element. Foolishly, I shelled out the cash. For a glorious two weeks, my fridge functioned. Then, the racket started – a loud, incessant noise emanating from the condenser fan.
Trusting their supposed three-year warranty, I called them back. What followed was an unbelievable display of sheer ineptitude. These clowns spent TWO HOURS attempting to pry open my refrigerator panel, leaving it visibly DAMAGED in the process. And their expert conclusion? "Everything is fixed, no issues here!"
Surprise, surprise. Twenty-four hours later, my refrigerator was as warm as a summer's day. Another call to this band of merry pranksters revealed their real diagnosis: a faulty main board, requiring an additional $750. Are you kidding me?! This is nothing short of a blatant SCAM!
Fortunately for me, and unfortunately for these charlatans, their entire bumbling performance was caught on camera. They can try to refute this all they want, but the evidence speaks for itself.
To every hardworking individual out there who doesn't want to be fleeced by these so-called repairmen, take my word for it: the "A Team" is a fraud. They are incompetent, they cause damage, and they will bleed you dry with their never-ending list of "necessary" repairs. They deserve nothing less than to be sued for their malpractice. DO NOT let these people anywhere near your appliances! You've been warned.

Your standard of Practice needs to be re evaluated .
When I called, I was quoted "a diagnostic charge of $80, and end up paying $327.70 ???? no work was done and the range is still not working.

When you quote a diagnostic, that's what it should only be . A diagnostic is to determine the problem.. this includes knowledge, and time/labour and gas.

Labour is if he actually did something, other than stand in my kitchen googling how to do the job.

You then present the options to the customer for repair, and the customer makes the decision based on the findings.

What your company and technician did was dishonest and misleading.

You really should be ashamed.
We are not happy with your service or lack there of .
Do better with your business and honesty.
