I had a frightening experience involving one of this company’s vans (registration LF23 PWY) in the Springfield Road Retail Car Park, Hayes. The driver reversed out of a parking space without looking and nearly hit my car — if I hadn’t stopped in time, there would have been a collision.
To make matters worse, a woman in the passenger seat (who seemed to be his partner) started shouting and swearing at me aggressively. I was alone with my small child, and as a young woman, the whole situation felt incredibly intimidating and unsafe.
I sincerely hope the company takes this seriously and deals with it appropriately. Drivers representing a business should act responsibly, not put others in danger or make them feel threatened.

T Brown sent a cowboy out to do a gas safety check and service, he arrived early and performed a gas safety check he was here 10 minutes, After he left I noticed he had moved my Carbon Monoxide alarm as it was not on the top of my boiler after he left, I rang T Brown up to complain and was told by a lady she would email the engineer and get back to me in 24 hours still waiting 1 week later and now a service alarm it coming up on my boiler, I have had nothing but poor service from T Brown over the years I can only assume that someone is receiving a very large brown envelope for them to be used after so many complaints.

Either don't show or don't fix the problem. I would question why they have a contract with Peabody but I'm sure they put in the lowest bid. So shame on Peabody. Had the same heating problem since 1st. Jan and it's now March. Absolutely 💯% jokers.

Had the most terrible experience today I had a loud banging on my window which startled me then loud knock on the door. I open my door and they said they were here to service. My boiler explained to the two people that I hadn’t put gas on today, so it wouldn’t be possible, I was met with hostility and lies. One of the workers were looking at my gas meter which is fine and the other one was silent but I felt the hostility. She handed me a piece of paper folded up. I went back inside open the piece of paper and she had absolutely lied , saying that I refused to sign a piece of paper the only reason I can sync that the person did this because it would be reported to my housing association that I the tenant was uncooperative which was not the case when I read the paper I immediately went outside they were sat in a car. I called over to them and they drove off Absolutely unprofessional vindictive I phoned up the company and explained is it protocol to bang on someone’s window? The person went quiet I said is it okay for someone to lie, the person went quiet , absolutely disgusting company you hire people with no respect or protocol and liars wow shocking

Awful. Had a boiler installation, left a lot of mess. The builder was the only one who cleaned up after himself. The electrician was supposed to connect the boiler but was a no-show. After contacting the office, I was told that the electrician couldn't make it because of his previous job and that he would arrive in the morning, but he did not. Now I'm told my rearranged appointment is an all day one. It was -1 last night and I have a daughter with ASD who has been negatively impacted the most. Judging by the reviews, I'm not hopeful at all. Peabody housing, what was you thinking? Totally unacceptable service.

"T brown put a new radiator in"
T brown put a new radiator in, it did not work they think the problem is elsewhere. Engineer had to turn all radiators off then put them back on minus the frontroom oneeven though we asked jim has he put it back on he said yes. Turned the heating on and no heat in frontroom or dining room. was meant to come back the same day upto 20.00, guess what , no one arrived. then meant to return the following day, again no one arrived. accoring to the company an engineer arrived at 21.45 , i have a ring doorbell, guess what, again no one arrived. have now been told will be ot between 13.00-17.00 today to complete the work. Have to say Mark on customer services was very friendly and professional.
I have severe COPD and Chronis kidney disease so i really need my house to be at a certain temperature in order to stay out of hospital. This company is putting my health at risk. have explained this on the phone many times to various different operators and there response is you are on the list. Only using these as this is who Peabody have a contract with, you would think a company as large as this would be able to ensure their engineers correct their mistake and turn up to do the work when told too. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
