This was provided as part of my company health insurance. I didn’t sign up for a while but when I did the sign up process was straightforward and got an appointment the next morning (7:30am - my choice). The doctor explained everything and provided a prescription (private) and referral. The excellent service and tie in with your existing gp (this isn’t taking over your registered gp) mean I’d recommend it

Service was good earlier with qualified doctors . Now a days the service is pathetic without real doctors , this service is full of ignorant medical practitioners without proper medical knowledge . They try to treat issues with predictions and identify deceases without even doing a test or examination . Horrible and should avoid if you are concerned about your health .

I spoke with Eizabeth Connor via telephone call, she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, felt very much at ease speaking to her, she assisted me with being referred to a physio to assist my rehabilitation, very good service, would highly recommend this service

Scamming you out of money by charging you up front for a service and then billing you monthly for the same service.

You can't call them because the phone number provided can't help with billing issues and their support team don't help over email. Avoid at all costs.
